DUmmie FUnnies 06-02-12 ("Bill Clinton has been a real morale buster today...")

Well, Blue Fairy Bill Clinton finally did show up yesterday to make a quick pit stop in Wisconsin but whatever few words he said there were completely overshadowed by the high PRAISE he gave to Mitt Romney for having had a STERLING business career. Way to completely UNDERMINE the Obama campaign message about Romney being a "vulture" capitalist. Of course, the DUmmies are up in arms about Blue Fairy Bill's endorsement of Romney's qualifications as you can see in this THREAD, "Bill Clinton has been a real morale buster today..." So let us now watch the DUmmies get bummed out over Blue Fairy Bill in Bolshevik Red while the commentary of your humble correspondent, who's had a sterling career DUFUing the DUmmies, in the [brackets]:

Bill Clinton has been a real morale buster today..."

[Sniff! The Blue Fairy was supposed to save us in Wisconsin but he let us down.]

When he said that Romney's record as a private equity investor was " sterling", you could almost feel the air compress around you. It was worse than Corey Booker. This was Bill Clinton, the former Democratic President of the United States.

[Enjoy your compressed air experience on Tuesday!]

The compression is depressing and frustrating. This was the truth about Mitt Romney that needed to be told. He got rich by firing people or bankrupting their companies, not by creating jobs. So why did Clinton do it? Does he not want Obama to win? I don't think that is the reason?

[Actually that IS the reason. Payback is a bitch.]

Whatever the reason, it has put a cloud over the Party today, along with the unemployment numbers, and you can see it hovering over DU also.

[I went walkin' down by the river
Feeling very sad inside
When all at once I saw in the sky
The little white cloud that cried]

I don't know why Clinton said what he did? It is not the first time he has disappointed Democrats. Like when he signed the Welfare Reform Bill. Like when he signed the Telecommunications Act. Like when he signed the repeal of the Glass-Steagal Act. He has pissed off his share of Democrats in his time.

[You can't figure out why he said it? It's called PULLING THE RUG out from under The One. Now on to the other disappointed DUmmies...]

He's nothing but a fake out for his own self interest. Same with Hillary.

[Easier for Bill to return to the White House with Hill in 2016 with Obama OUT in 2012.]

His body language is fascinating. He's casually leaning against one of the columns having a cup of joe. That reads exceedingly relaxed like his participation in this rally is 3/4-assed. I remember him campaigning and it didn't look like that.

[Where's the doughnut? Yesterday was National Doughnut Day.]

So yeah for Wisconsin if this motivates Democrats to turn out. Obama has all 60 offices of OFA in Wisconsin working exclusively on the recall and GOTV. I hope the recall is successful.

[If you're relying on Obama who has gone out of his way to AVOID that state, I have a cry rag for you to use on Tuesday.]

Yeah, he stayed shaking hands and signing things, alright. Bill Clinton is known for being out for BILL CLINTON!

[But definitely not for BARACK OBAMA.]

how is Chelsea doing at her job? earning every penny of her 300,000 im sure.

[Nepotism does have its rewards.]

I am so tired of that piece of garbage. He put the Democratic party behind 50 years

[Obama will up the ante to 100 years.]

It was, not a slap in Obama`s face, more like a kick to the groin. Inexcusable and incredibly low, as someone else said above: Disgusting.

[Ouch! And I don't even want to think about what Hillary Bobbit would do.]

Bill may be signaling with this betrayal that he can spoil things if the Clintons aren't made an even bigger part of the 2nd Obama administration -- meaning VP so that Hil can top the ticket in 2016.

[Could be something to this. The Bamster might have told Hillary no VP slot for you this year and Bill replied with venganza.]

he thinks he's still King and that is his and the Democratic's party problem. Ego as large as multiuniverses

[Actually the term is multiverse. Obviously this DUmmie believes in it. What happened is that in recent years, scientists have discovered attributes to the universe, such as the force of gravity, which if even the slightest fraction different would have prevented the universe from existing. This indicates a higher power in the Creation but rather than accept that, many have proposed a multiverse theory in which an infinite number of universes exist side by side in separate dimensions with different physical laws so some exist and most others don't like a gigantic cosmic crap shoot. And can Pastor Charles fit all that on his church sign?]

Ed Rendell is his wingman and they're undermining the Obama campaign. Corey Booker and Deval Patrick too. They may disagree with tenets of the Obama campaign, but they are not entitled to step on it. They are assumed to be surrogates, but they are self-serving and almost certainly not terribly concerned about how they might be affecting the campaign.

[See you in November, DUmmie! Hee! Hee!]

They secretly want Obama to lose. It's just now becoming most apparent.

[Pass the popcorn! Watching the Democrat Party destroy itself is quite entertaining.]

When your opponent thanks your surrogate, something is wrong. When four surrogates (Clinton, Deval, Booker & Rendell) tag-team sucker punch the main core of your argument in the campaign, best check your shoes because something really stinks.

[I love the smell of Democrat betrayal in the morning.]

A narcissistic piece of shit is always going to be a narcissistic piece of shit

[Obama?]

Something must be up. To have not one, not two, but four surrogates praising Bain despite all the fallouts that keep occurring!?

[How about if you just lean back and allow Dr. PJ apply the chloroform rag to you face now so you can wake up on the other side of November. It will be so much less painful that way.]

You have the "top dog" Democrat dumping on the single most important and compelling argument that President Obama and the Democrats have for defeating Mitt Romney. BILL CLINTON DID THIS DELIBERATELY!! Yeah, I said it! This was DELIBERATE!!!

[So was it DELIBERATE?]

But, why would Clinton want to hurt Obama's chances. He's benefited from Obama's Presidency and so has Hillary as SOS.

[The following DUmmie is about to send this DUmmie a clue.]

Because a disasterous President Romney term would make the perfect set up for a Hillary Clinton presidential run in 2016. If Obama wins another term, there's a chance that if Hillary wanted to run, she'd have to defend Obama's record and run against Jeb. Not as easy a win as running against a disasterous Romney (because we do all know he would be disasterous).

[As "disasterous" as the current Obama record? You're setting a might high standard here.]

Maybe attacking private equity really is a crappy strategy

[You think?]

The man who has charmed the pants off many a maiden has provided the political ad agencies footage to last until at least October.

[He never did charm the pants off of Maiden Monica.]

Like the old Chinese proverb says: "Never wish for something because you might get it." Or "Beware of what you wish for." Anyway, I'm sure I saw that inside of a fortune cookie so it could be an ancient Cantonese proverb by way of Chinatown.

Was Clinton asked to go and shore things up in Wisconsin, or did he just go on his own? The administration asking him to go, when Obama will go anywhere but Wisconsin, would be damaging in itself. Going on his own, simply underscores the “He’s in it for himself and Hillary” meme.

I go over to DU from time to time.

One thing I have noticed. It is sort of frightening how it resembles FR...when a pol doesn’t something they don’t like, there are cries of treachery and hang ‘em all....”they want to lose”...etc. etc. etc.

Sort of fascinating, really.

No, no, in the context of DU, it's "freudenshade". It goes back to a DUer's misquote during the Fitzmas era...

I don’t get this Hillary for president talk. She has already said she was retiring from politics. Is she lying again????

I don’t get this facination for Hillary. She has never run anything in her life either. She is a glorified housewife who was passed up the ladder just like Obama without having to stay in one position long enough to have a record or be held accountable.

Is there a significant difference between a zot and a tombstone? Seems to me the one would lead naturally to the other.

Oh, and Romney Sucks. See tag for further informative argument.

That DUmmy may just have stumbled the right answer. If Hillary as VP is Obama's chance at re-election .....
