Roberts doesn’t deserve an ounce of respect.

Roberts was a student of Lawrence Tribe.

That alone should have disqualified him from consideration. I trust no lawyer or Judge who spent time in an ivy league school.

John "Roger Taney" Roberts, will be Infamous.

Not "Famous" But Infamous for this decision.

A Coward of the First order.

P.S. Why would he agree to a Tax anyway!?! Taxes are bad, you think a so called Republican would know That!

So, who was happy or even thrilled when Harriet Myers stepped down as the nominee for the high court and Roberts was announced as the new nominee replacement? Do you still have your glee?

I have BO RESPECT for roberts.

I truly hope that his decision will further damage obama down the road. I will not watch the traitor-n-chief when he pimps out to trumpet his victory.

There was quite a bit of speculation that Roberts would 'cross the aisle' to shaft the American people, just like the RINO's in the House and Senate.

The only thing that can protect us now is the election, and the Constitution was supposed to prevent our rights being up for grabs with every election cycle.

The only other possibility is that the states that sued nullify the act on their territory and threaten to arrest any Federal official who tries to enforce it.

Make Zero try to send in the army.

The impeachment of the Gang of Five needs to become an election issue.

I would have NEVER guessed who the law's savior would be...

Now where are the idiots who claimed Roberts traded his "wrong" vote on SB1070 for someone else's "right" vote on this?

Roberts called Obama a liar.

Obama repeatedly insisted the mandate was not a tax. Roberts says, oh yes it is.

Congress can impose taxes. Congress can also repeal them. We elect congress.

Roberts also essentially said Congress and the President are free to pass stupid laws. Money quote from his opinion:

“We do not consider whether the Act embodies sound policies. That judgment is entrusted to the Nation’s elected leaders. We ask only whether Congress has the power under the Constitution to enact the challenged provisions.”

There can be no respect for a creature who has betrayed everything he ever said he believed it. He has lied to and misled the public and has helped to effectively destroy his freedom for the the millions of people in this country.

What he has done will ultimately lead to the death or loss of employment for may Americans. He has destroyed lives and dreams and made a slave nation of America. He should stop to remember he claims to be a straight white Christian man.

There will be blood in the streets before this is all over. Our children will grow up to despise us for allowing their futures to be destoyed.

Roberts will NEVER get my respect again after this. FU John Roberts!

From what I heard earlier, Justice Kennedy voted that the entire ObamaCare law was unconstitutional. And traitor Roberts sided with the socialists. Unbelievable.

There are some positives.

1) It is not authorized by the commerce clause.

2) It is not authorized by the necessary & proper clause.

3) It is a tax, which means it was a tax increase, which means it was the biggest tax increase in the history of the US.

Today’s decision is an abomination. Once again, we move into a “what was wrong is now right” phase in America.

After Roberts’ Arizona decision this is pretty much what I expected. Roberts is glorying in his new role as Earl Warren Redux. It begs the question: did Bush know this would be the result of his pick? Was it a deal? Constitutional rulings for just so long then Communist State full speed ahead?
