Rick Wiles does serious reporting, but reminds us why these current events are of concern without being overly preachy.

I do like his style. Simple, clear, and concise conveyance of the word of God beats the heck out of flamboyant, confusing speak that borders on a display of how much the speaker has memorized, instead of what he/she actually understands about what a particular scripture actually means. Rick lays it out so that anyone can understand it.

He is certainly worried about the near future. I think he is seriously looking at exiting the country before long.

His July 5th broadcast with "prayer walker" Henry Gruver I found to be inspiring. He talks about some of the things going on in Japan.

Shortwave has too small an audience. The bread and butter of his ministry has always consisted of North American listeners on the Internet. Mr. Wiles will not likely leave the U.S.

He has been calling for the downfall of the country for about 14 years, and has never considered the situation bad enough to leave.

Agreed that he has interesting guests on his show. My main problem with his program, since he clearly labels his ministry as being Christian, is his incessant promotion of human dreams and visions as true revelation from God. Are the Christian listeners supposed to raise up this information to the level of authority of Scripture?

Another unnerving habit he has is when something that was supposed to be from God doesn’t happen as stated, there is no apology.
