Of the dozens of lawsuits denying the constitutional eligibility of Barack Hussein Obama to be President of the United States, one has finally reached the docket of the Supreme Court. Should the Court accept the case for review, it will be the first upon which the justices will issue a substantive ruling—one based on the merits.
On February 3rd, Georgia Administrative Court Judge Michael Malihi ruled that Barack Obama is eligible to appear on the Georgia ballot. It was a case during which Malihi received not one scrap of evidence from Obama or his attorney; subpoenas from plaintiffs were ignored; Obama’s clear burden of proof was NOT imposed; plaintiff’s motions for contempt were neither acted upon nor forwarded to higher courts and U.S. Supreme Court precedent took a back seat to the rambling, non-substantive pronouncement of dicta from an Indiana justice.
Yet in his 10 page ruling, Malihi had the monumental gall to claim “This decision is entirely based on the law, as well as the evidence and legal arguments presented at the hearing.” Malihi’s ruling was then rubber stamped through the Georgia Superior Court and eventually denied review by the state’s Supreme Court as both refused to apply basic principles of jurisprudence to the legally indefensible tripe offered by the Administrative Court judge. Obama asked his good friend George Soros to change all those pesky findings, precedents and laws so they would be easier to understand that anyone who knows someone who owns an Hawaiian shirt is a natural born citizen and therefore qualifies for the office of President of this great nation The United States of America. They need to cite Luria v. United States and how the Supreme Court cited Minor v. Happersett, not U.S. v. Wong Kim Ark as the precedent on presidential eligibility ... then they need to ask why the lower court is not applying the recognized and affirmed Supreme Court precedent and definition in Minor: all children born in the United States to parents who were its citizens. There is a legal precedent and it is NOT being followed.
well, all someone needs to do is file treason charges against nancy pelosi/DNC for approving barry for POS -—with (2) witnesses like sheriff joe and mike zullu.. the court cant throw out a treason case with (2) witnesses.. atleast i think so
Until that event happens, which will provide political cover for the Supreme Court, nothing will happen.
Please note I make no prediction about what the Court will say.
Remember, as Chief Justice Roberts clearly stated it is up to the electorate to decide things. In spite of over 200 years of judicial activism and anti-activism the entire Court System can no longer be viewed as protecting the citizens.

Whoa, whoa whoooa! Are you expecting the SCOTUS to follow the Rule of Law or abide by The Constitution AFTER the way the ruled on 0bamascare? You are a dreamer! This will be dismissed without comment.
It takes at least four votes for the Court to grant certiorari. That means Scalia, Thomas, Alito, and Kennedy, at a minimum. Not likely.
Roberts has gone to the dark side. He’s now one of them. Don’t count on him upholding anything just and right from now until he’s off the bench.

The SC thinks they rule? HA! They were given the opportunity/the position to judge what is put before them according to the law of the land and they showed what is in them. Like we all are given opportunities to do either right or wrong. The nation will be wasted because it reaps what it has sown. It can't sow evil and expect to harvest good.
