GTV do we have stricter laws today on driving under the influence and do we have regulations on air travel since 9/11 so why can't I feel safer by having stricter gun laws in place - oh right - gun owners want what they want [like spoiled children] and their guns will have to be pried from their lifeless dead hands. You didn't answer my question about WP so if you did I WANT MY MONEY REFUNDED - so stop posting stuff about the shooter getting grants from outside agencies. That is really silly but over the past few days I have only seen pretty poor aguments about guns. NOT WORTH MY TIME so let's leave it at that YOU AND THE OTHERS keep your toys BUT THE NEXT TIME YOU FLY refuse to be screened and don't take off your shoes - and then you CAN drive to whereever you are going - see more gun stores and stock up for when the OUR obressive govt. we have comes AND makes you do thinks you don't like.
And people still drive drunk and cause mayhem.
Most people who these laws affect a the ones who have a few drinks while out to dinner.
All the security in the world would have not stopped the 9/11 terrorist....box cutters were acceptable to carry on a plane at the time.

My ex-wife used to work at an elementary school. Few years ago at a nearby school a man walked right up to a child and tried to abduct her.
I asked my ex why the schools didn't have armed guards patrolling the schools. She said that the sight of men with guns would frighten the children and "we want them to feel safe at school".
And they’re lifeless too.

The cafe in my building put up a sign in the elevators announcing that they are going to have Fry Free Fridays so you can “feel healthier” before the weekend.

A man here in Houston today walked up to a child on the street in the kids neighborhood, kissed him, then tried to bite his faceoff. True story. Said it was a cultural misunderstanding. Least he was not another bath salts zombie.
I feel your pain. I got in a Facebook dust-up with my high school accounting teacher last weekend. Texas Monthly’s lead story this month is blasting the state legislature redirecting Medicaid funds from Planned Parenthood, which outraged her & which I totally support.
