Video: New Chick-Fil-A song by Tim Hawkins(To the tune of "God Bless The USA")
If you lined up all the restaurants
Where I've eaten all my life
Give me five bucks, some napkins
Plastic fork, a plastic knife
Then you gave me the choice
To pick where I'd eat today
That's a real easy decision
One that's not too tough to make
I would proudly go for some waffle fries
And a jumbo size sweet tea
And I won't forget the chickens who died
Who gave their life for me
So I grab this sandwich - Take a bite
Put it back down on the tray
Yea there ain't no doubt I love this place
God Bless you Chick-Fil-A
From the city of Atlanta
To the hills of Tennessee
Louisiana and Texas
New Jersey and DC
So people up to New York
And all over LA
Will be craving Fudge Nut Brownies
And the Diet Lemonade
And I raise a toast with my milkshake
To the mocha with caffeine
And I won't forget the chickens who fried
Who gave their life for me
So I grab this sandwich - Take a bite
Put it back down on the tray
Yea there ain't no doubt I love this place
God Bless you Chick-Fil-A
Chick Fil A has been getting a ton of free publicity. Just can't buy this kind of coverage.
My guess is sales are booming.
Sorry, that song has been around quite awhile.
Sorry, that song has been around quite awhile.I know.
But the sentiment has never been more apropos. Wouldn't you agree?
Christians are under attack by homos because we won't endorse their homosexuality and their marriage. Sodomy is vile.
Needs to work in the following lines:
And while I’m always very happy,
I’d never say I’m gay
(Along the theme of Proud to be an American)
He’s good! I noticed the Cathy family in the audience.
One comment from a lib on the site (whiny crybaby) ... trying to insult us rednecks :)
"How can these bigots claim that calling them on their bigotry is denying them freedom of speech? We have freedom of speech too. Maybe that's what these grease-eating rednecks don't understand. martinw1200 30 minutes ago."
Sigh. I know this is rhetorical, but: Do libs have the capacity to comprehend anything?
That example of liberal hypocrisy reminds me of a discussion I had with some liberals shortly after Senator Robert F. Kennedy (D-NY) was assassinated in 1968. After one of them lamented about how our culture had become too violent, her companion contended that Alabama governor George C. Wallace had stirred up much of the violence and stated, "they should shoot Wallace."
