Update: people in line laughing a singing happy birthday to a little girl. Folks inline from northern ohio, southern new york. Hearing woman @ drive thru. They are out of milk shakes. Got cool photos of folks in line. We need some kind of app build an app for JR.
Monroeville, PA out of milkshakes at 7:00 pm!!!
It is 8:45 in North Olmstead,Ohio and the line is long out the building and the drive thru is packed. A woman behind me is teaching her children about freedom and liberty.
At 8:30 it was the same at the Chick Fil A in Springfield Virginia ~ PLUS ~ and understand this restaurant is not rated Halal ~ there were hundreds of Moslems, on foot, standing around the shopping center waiting for Sundown (it's Ramadan) so they could go in and eat.
They do handle their bacon separately so I guess none of these guys will go to hades just yet, but they were, by their standards, taking a risk with their souls to make a statement that they are FOR heterosexual marriage AND chicken sandwiches.
Wonder if Burger King, McD's, Wendy's, et al....are going to follow suit soon and come out against gay marriage. It seems to be really good for business!
On a side note - the Ramsey Street location in Fayetteville, NC was out of all kinds of fries by 6:30PM. We settled for fruit cups as a side and were content. Sandwiches were great - as usual.
We'll go back for lunch on Friday just to see whats up.

I went to Town Center Mall in Boca Raton at 6:15pm tonight. The Chick-Fil-A was in the food court in the center. There were at least 50 people ahead of me and it took about 25 minutes to get to the front of the line. The line was lot longer after I finished eating than before I got there. One thing that was interesting was how many African-Americans were in line; clearly the gay marriage issue is hurting Obama with them. I was actually surprised about the turnout in Boca. After all, this is Palm Beach County, Democrat territory.
A customer just received his food order at 9:30 pm. He called his chicken sandwich “The taste of liberty.”
Or Five Guys for that matter?
Waited over an hour in the drive thru here in IL, outside of Chicago. Was told be an officer and 2 of the workers that it had been that way since 10am today!
And yes, alot of families, older folks and many many blacks.
It gave me some faith in humanity today :)
Not surprising because the founder of Wendy’s Thomas was a Christian.

My wife tried to take the kids to dinner there tonight but the line was too long. I told her she should go back tomorrow.
You could feel the positive energy. Truly glad I went. Just felt so......part of a blessing.
