When did that take place?

It took place before Obamacare was passed. I don't remember the exact date, but it was big summit at the WH.

That was the bi-partisan summit. It took place in early 2011 and was billed as the coming together of the two sides. But, Ryan took control to no enjoyment of Obama and the libs.

I haven't figured out who the guy to Ryan's left is. He looks familiar but no recall. I'm going to look at the list of congressional participants and see if I can match up a picture.

I was watching O'Reilly Friday and he had a woman on who supposedly reads body language and they showed parts of this video. First O'Reilly played where Obama has his hand across his chin. She says that is a sign Obama is concentrating very hard on what Ryan is saying. Then he plays the clip where Obama has his two fingers up to his mouth and she says it is a sign Obama whats to say someting but he will keep his mouth closed for now. O'REILLY NEVER SHOWS THE CLIP WHERE OBAMA IS GIVING THE FINGER. This is quite a common practice that Obama does when he doesn't like what someone is saying.
