Why did Barack Obama lie about never using the name Barry Soetoro on his Registration with the Illinois Bar Association? "Full Former names" is the second question on the ATTORNEY'S REGISTRATION AND PUBLIC DISCIPLINARY RECORD.
However, instead of Listing "Barry Soetoro," he wrote the word "NONE" on the "Former Names Used" line.
The Bar wants to know EVERYTHING on the background about its members, and generally do not look kindly on deception by applicants or members. This could have lead to more questions about "Barry Soetoro" if he disclosed that name. Such as, when, where, and how was it used. There could have been requests by the Bar for supporting documents that were used with than name which could prove embarrassing.

This is on one of the top ten most ridiculous articles posted on FR. The Illinois State Bar association, is an association, a club. The members probably get discounts on education courses, a fancy certificate to hang on wall, group insurance, etc.
If the check clears and he passed the bar then he is a member.
Probably the only reason for asking for prior names is to avoid duplicates in case of marriage or other name changes.

If this is true than the Bar should have all the information on transcripts, what circumstances surrounding his admission to colleges etc.
If the Bar can’t release all that info how is it someone got the info about his not reporting aliases?
Does his life start in Hawaii or Kenya? Or somewhere else?
His mother is impregnated by who?
He was born on what date? August 4th? Or some other date.?

We know that Obama Sr. was a beard and that it was an arranged marriage. We also know that Barry lied many times about his parent's '...improbable marriage." We know that Stanley Ann and Obama Sr. never lived together in Hawaii and that he left shortly afterwards.
We do know that at a young age Barry was acquainted with Frank Marshall Davis. Based on a poem (it is believed that Davis actually wrote the poem) Barry supposedly wrote and submitted it is believed he may have been introduced to homosexual activities by Davis. It is believed Obama spent the early part of his years involved in homosexual liasions.
We know that within two years Stanley Ann married Soetoro. We assume he adopted Barry but we don't know for sure. We know Barry was enrolled in a muslim school in Indonesia. To do so he may have had to have been adopted and become an Indonesian citizen.
We do know he went to high school in Hawaii, and that he did drugs. We don't know for sure whether or not he was a dealer.
We know he went to Occidental in California, and that he was a pot head and cocaine abuser. We know he was taken under the wing of a homosexual professor at Occidental and that this association may have been the method for him entering Columbia. He may have enrolled in the General Studies program and NOT the select university. We don't know anything about his scholarship at Occidental.
Only a few people have ever stated they knew Barry at Columbia. Hundreds of people who SHOULD have known him have no recollection of him. We have no record of his application to or his scholarship at Columbia. It is believed he may have enrolled as a foreign student (Indonesian, Kenyan?) and that he may have fraudulently taken financial aid under this title.
It is believed Percy Sutton may have recommended him to the Harvard Law school and that he was not made to take the LSAT. There are no known records of his application to or scholarship at HLS. He was elected president of the HLR based on popularity and certain black professors who supported him.
We know that following his return to the mainland from Hawaii he spent 13 years as a bachelor, 10 of those years prior to meeting Michelle. Yet there are no women who have ever come forward to claim that they had a long dating history with Barry, had sexual relations with Barry. Likewise there are no photographs of Barry and a woman on a date, a holiday, a vacation, or with either family. There are, however, suggestions that he practiced a homosexual lifestyle, especially in Chicago.
We know for a fact that Barry did NOt write either book. There is NOTHING in his prior background at Occidental, Columbia, HLS or the UofC that even intimates he was familiar with grammar or had the muse to create the two tomes. It is believed that Bill Ayers ghosted 'Dreams' (read Deconstructing Obama, Cashill) and that his wunderkind speech writer, Jon Favreau wrote 'Audacity.
These lies and obfuscations only touch the tip of the lying iceberg. The fact that NO lamestream media outlet, right or left, has any interest in uncovering the truth tells us what Conservatives are up against today.
This is the kind of thing that makes those repeating it look like fools or the tin foil hat brigade. (I'm not saying you are either, but that you should check before repeating this nonsense so you won't look like a fool.)
A parent CAN'T renounce citizenship for a minor. A minor can't renounce without convincing the consular officer the minor completely understands and is very clear on the consequences. Read the US State Dept on renunciation. Scroll down to section "F".
This is very old news. We knew about it back during the ‘08 campaign. The GOP hasn’t done anything about it for over 4 years and until they find their huevos, nothing will ever been done about it. I blame them far, far more than the RATs.

Immigration law has been complicated due to the fact that Congress has passed various acts and amendments to said acts. We shall start with the Act of 1940 and then discuss the changes made in 1952 since these are relevant to President Obama as he was born in 1961. The results are that Obama would not have lost his US birth right citizenship, even if his parents had managed to obtain an Indonesian citizenship for him, something prohibited by Indonesian law.
Section 401 said as follows:
“A person who is a national of the United States, whether by birth or naturalization, shall lose his nationality by: (a) Obtaining naturalization in a foreign state, either upon his own application or through the naturalization of a parent having legal custody of such person: Provided, however, That nationality not be lost as the result of the naturalization of a parent unless and until the child shall have attained the age of twenty-three years without acquiring permanent residence in the United States:…..” (Italics in original; Red added)
Section 407 reads as follows:
A person having American nationality, who is a minor and is residing in a foreign state with or under the legal custody of a parent who loses American nationality under section 404 of this Act, shall at the same time lose his American nationality if such minor has or acquires the nationality of such foreign state: Provided, That, in such case, American nationality shall not be lost as the result of loss of American nationality by the parent unless and until the child attains the age of twenty-three years without having acquired permanent residence in the United States.
In 1952 another Immigration and Nationality Act was passed
The Immigration and Nationality Act of 1952, section 349 (a), provided:
“From and after the effective date of this Act a person who is a national of the United States whether by birth or naturalization, shall lose his nationality by — (1) obtaining naturalization in a foreign state upon his own application, upon an application filed in his behalf by a parent, or duly authorized agent, or through the naturalization of a parent having legal custody of such person: Provided, That nationality shall not be lost by any person under this section as the result of the naturalization of a parent or parents while such person is under the age of twenty-one years, or as the result of naturalization obtained on behalf of a person under twenty-one years of age by a parent, guardian, or duly authorized agent, unless such person shall fail to enter the United States to establish a permanent residence prior to his twenty-fifth birthday: ….” (Italics in original; Bold added)
Section 355 of that Act provided that:
“A person having United States nationality, who is under the age of twenty-one and whose residence is in a foreign state with or under the legal custody of a parent who hereafter loses United States nationality under section 350 or 352 of this title, shall also lose his United States nationality if such person has or acquires the nationality of such foreign state: Provided, That, in such case, United States nationality shall not be lost as the result of loss of United States nationality by the parent unless and until the person attains the age of twenty-five years without having established his residence in the United States.” (Italics in original; Bold added).”
You seem to be right but that does leave some questions about the establishment of residence.
If Romney or Ryan had lied in an equivalent way the suck-ups at ABC, NBC, and the New York Times would be on this - with investigative reporters and the whole works. They would care. As it is, the media whores won't bother to look or care...
