First, some background:
Minnesota Democrat state lawmaker Kerry Gauthier is involved in a sex scandal involving oral sex with a 17-year-old boy at a rest stop, and solicitation for the same on Craig's List. Go HERE for more.
Of course, the MSM has not picked up much on this story - if it was a Republican, we'd be "Foley'd". While part of the problem is MSM bias, the other part is the relative silence of GOP lawmakers on the subject. In fact, only Democrats have really called for his resignation. This can, and must, be remedied with a few simple actions. Please take a few minutes and work with me here.
First, we must get the attention of local Minn. Republicans - who we can overwhelm and force to at least face the issue, with a few hundred phone calls. Let them know that we think this is a HUGE deal.
This story has dominated the News-Tribune’s front page since it broke and the paper has editorially called upon Gauthier to resign.
Today’s article:

“Gauthier says he’ll run for re-election: Dayton urges him not to”
Thanks for the article. We need to get this into the NATIONAL news. That won’t happen if prominent GOPpers aren’t talking about it. Help make them by making a few simple calls.
I only look at the online version. It wasn’t there when I looked this morning.
I did give them credit for breaking the story.
It is interesting that on the online DNT site no comments are being allowed on these stories.
I subscribe to the print version so I see it every day.
Point being they have done a solid and thorough job covering the story.
It sure is interesting. DNT has a large number of highly prolific commenters who would certainly have something to say. (I am not one, however).
They have a couple of very decent reporters there, which is rare in a smaller market paper. The editor is an imported Chicago liberal though.
BTTT
He is likely to try doing more of the same and he will get caught yet again. If the Dems ignore this for the sake of keeping a single State, they will be shooting themselves in the foot.
They have to know that.
