I think that when Romney takes office, there needs to be some payback to various groups. For example, the lamestream media should lose their White House credentials and boogers should be given their slots. At least then we would get some real reporting. Affirmative Action should be abolished-what are the blacks going to do, not vote for us? Any ideas people?

I like the way you think! National voter ID would be great, but I also think we need to stick it to the press. We need to make it clear to the public that the press is not objective and that it IS the enemy!
End Affirmative Action? Yeah, that’s funny. The GOP has been absolutely worthless in fighting racial preferences.
Remember 2006 when the people of Michigan voted overwhelmingly for an Amendment to ban racial preferences? Remember how the GOP ran from the issue like a bunch of cowards? If the Democrats weren’t so loathsome, it would have been funny how the GOP went down in flames that year while that Amendment passed easily.
Remember how Newt Gingrich talked tough against preferences in the run up to the 1994 takeover of Congress? Remember how he then completely betrayed that position?
Why in 2006, during a debate with challenger James Webb, did Senator George Allen come across as the one afraid to criticize preferences? When asked about them, Webb said they are only justified for black Americans, but if Hispanics and other non-whites are to be included under the diversity rationale, then poor whites should be included too. When asked to respond, Allen completely passed and said nothing on the issue.
Remember the last time racial preferences went to the Sup Court? Remember how Bush’s guy Alberto Gonzalez chose not to go hard against preferences, and instead accepted the diversity rationale that Sandra Day O’Connor jumped on?
Consider the pending case out of Texas before the Supreme Court. Why did this young woman Abigail Fischer have to bring this case? Why was UT allowed to discriminate against her in the first place? Why hasn’t ‘conservative’ Texas, with its ‘conservative’ GOP state legislature, and ‘conservative’ GOP governor Rick Perry stepped in and prevented its public universities from using preferences?
Remember 2004-2006 when the GOP had the Presidency and both houses of Congress? Did they do anything to fight racial preferences?
So yeah, I’d agree that President Romney should take action against racial preferences. But history suggests that both he and the party would continue refusing to protect the interests of those most likely to be hurt by preferences...that being poor, working, and middle class whites.

He should clean out the Augean stable,that is the Justice Dept,including all States US attorneys then following a ten minute break start on the Dept. of Homeland Security.
I agree about Affirmative Action, but you do realize that white women are its biggest beneficiaries? Blacks are becoming a smaller and smaller % of the populace each year as their birth rates have really dropped. Hispanics passed them years ago, and have now doubled them in number. Even Asians will pass them in the next 40-50 years or so.
Boogers is funnier. Just sayin’.
I like that one. And then go through ALL the EOs... every single one of them for every President and revoke a minimum of 90%. There are bound to be some that are essential, however even those can be sent to the Legislature for enactment.
If they are not enacted there, they should also be revoked.
Next, FIRE PEOPLE. Every attorney general, every politically fillable position you can fill. It may be impossible to completely root out the Leftist machine that has been growing in our federal bureaucracies, but we can at least rip out most of the brains by filling those posts with good Conservatives.
One of Bush’s major mistakes, in my view, was he did NOT do that, instead he played Mr. Nice Guy, and vast numbers of Clinton appointees were allowed to stay in their positions, where they cheerfully worked against his policies at every turn! Clean sweep! Everyone must go! This is no time to play nice. If Mitt does not have a dedicated team actively working NOW to identify those positions and select candidate replacements, he needs to get off the stick and do so.
Those two policies, actively and aggressively implemented, will cripple the Leftist apparatus.
THEN, it’s time to tame the bureaucracies. Regulations to on the chopping block. Again, no mercy. Rein in the TSA, downsize the EPA, eliminate the DOE... send all the bureaucrats packing. Get out of the way and American business will get things steaming again.
The first thing he should do is order the arrests of Eric Holder and Janet Napolitano for treason!
