“Under the settlement, the inn also agreed it would no longer host weddings and their receptions.”

“If we can’t have it, then *nobody* can!”

Notice this undercurrent of the homosexual agenda, that is, that unless homosexuals can have it, it must be denied to heterosexuals.

It is a temper tantrum on their part. The trouble is that no matter what homosexuals do, no matter what laws are passed just for them so that they are treated unequally before the law, and especially no matter how much they can persuade the government to oppress everyone else, it *still* will not make homosexuals:

1) Loved.
2) Respected.
3) Honored.
4) Appreciated.
5) Wanted.

SOLELY BECAUSE THEY ARE HOMOSEXUALS.

If they achieve any of those things, it will be for other reasons.

If they are loved, it will be because others freely choose to love them.

If they are respected, it is because they have earned that respect.

If they are honored, it will be for things other than their sexuality.

If they are appreciated, it will be because of their talents and hard work, not who they sleep with, or how.

If they are wanted, it is because they contribute to society, *not* because they take away from society.

So congratulations are in order to this lesbian couple. They have hurt innocent people and taken away from them, and that have made many other people despise them for their rudeness and meanness. And this *will* translate to other homosexuals.

They have in a small way made the world worse for their being alive.

Another abuse of the courts...

Actually not. In Vermont the state legislature apparently passed a non-discrimination law covering homosexuals. Hence the courts were only following the laws the legislature put into place.

I agree it's wrong--businesses should be able to serve or not serve, whom they wish--but it's the people's legislature, not the courts in this case.

It's not called "the Peoples Republic of Vermont" for nothing.
