Don't hold your breath waiting for Holder to launch a hate crime investigation.
SAVANNAH, GA (WTOC) - A Savannah couple says they were attacked in Ellis Square because they are not the same race.
Andrew Quade's eye is swollen shut and his face is swollen after the 23 year old says he was attacked in Ellis Square Friday night.
He was with his African-American girlfriend walking through the square when he says three men shouted racial slurs at them. The next thing the couple remembers, Quade was unconcious on the ground.
"He was basically left for dead. I don't want to go into all the gory details, but they could have stopped, but they kept going," said Quade's girlfriend Olufisayo Bakre.
Bakre says three black men began yelling at them as they walked to a friend's birthday party.
"One of them was making racial comments at us and one of them was blowing kisses. It was very aggravating," Bakre said.
Quade said he tried to ignore the comments.
"I didn't want to freak out on them because I thought they were saying something about me and my girlfriend. I wanted to get more information and understand the situation. But before I could, I was knocked out," Quade said.

I live in Savannah. Black on white racism is endemic and very real here.

And, it is no secret that a lot of blacks hate interracial relationships more than old white folks ever did.
When will hate crimes laws be enforced on blacks? Hate crimes laws are only meant to go after whites

very scary since my son is married to a black woman.....they live in a safe area thankfully...
white women are a trophy for black men....whereas, I think white men and black women are the real deal....this is just my observational statement but it rings true....white men and black women seem to make very solid couples....and guess what...they’re increasing in number...
Many moons ago on Long Island ...I remember getting hassled a bit by black dudes at work for even chatting with black women . Of course I ignored them . Nothing ever happened , either with them , or unfortunately the women .

I have a mixed race family. Reality is that there are places we can and cannot go.
And SHE is a bigot. “Because we’re in the South, yadda, yah.”?????? Seriously? Does she know about the Dixiecrats?
