Sept. 8, 2012 | me

I have seen several mentions on this site in the last few days that the Romney campaign has staffers who actively sift through this and other sites for ideas they can use. So I say, why make it hard for them? Let's post our best ideas here and let 'em have at it.

Let the fun begin!

My recommendations for Romney:

1> ACT EXCITED - do not sit on your hands, do not worry about your grammar. Get to the meat of the matter think in “SOUND BITES”

2> new buzz phrase “A WAR ON MEN” - there are fewer men with jobs right now than at anytime in our history. We love women, but we also believe in string families; which mean MEN WITH JOBS.

3> Stop letting them get away with saying “a tax cut for the wealthiest 1%.” Just say - “That claim was fully disputed by the Washington Post - it's a tax break for EVERYONE especially the middle-class

4> Stop letting them own the middle-class. Working people are the middle-class, business owners, police and teachers. Not “illegal aliens”

5> Stop this business that “Immigrants” are good. Call them what they are “ILLEGAL IMMIGRAMTS ARE LAW BREAKERS” We understand their plight, but law-abiding Americans come first.

You understand why Herman Cain had to go then. Heads would explode in a Cain-Obama debate.

Talk about the Soyndra, Fast and Furious, Holder lawsuits agains states BO ignoring the people’s representatives and thus the people by issuing executive orders for everything he can’t or doesn’t feel like going thru Congress for. Talk about the corruption and investigations going on. Talk about putting citizens of other countries (illegals) above the citizens of the USA. Ask where his college records and medical history are . Talk about his mentors like in the 2016 movie and point out what kind of people they are and say BO shares their vision for the USA. The list goes on and on.

Biden said: “Osama bin Laden is dead, and GM is alive.” Well, just keep flashing the idle Delaware GM plant and the $$ that went to build cars in Finland.

Oh yes, and the “wait till after my election” to the Russians—scary. Say BO is a wealthy liberal-call him that, after all he is wealthy and a huge hypocrite. Get his daily schedules and show how little he is "laser focused" on creating jobs. It's public record.

Agreed. If the Romney camp still needs ammo they have serious problems. Romney had better be ready to get “real” in the debates. Obama has nothing to run on. He has to much power. I should not have to say whether a President sucks or not. Get out of my life Washington D.C. !!

None of the above. The people have been exposed to the Obama legend and, as numbers indicate, many have consciously blinded themselves. It’s not that different from 08 really.

I’m reminded of Cassandra, who tried to warn the Trojans of the gift the Greeks left outside their gates. She never even got the chance to say “I told you so”, though, believe me, there’s no consolation in that either.

Negative campaigning won’t do it. Period. It’s a turn-off.

Romney needs to start promising. Actually he must do more than that; he has to evoke an image of a rational government, flourishing economy, equal treatment under law, and peaceful communities, and the real possibility of upward mobility, and the knowledge that effort will be rewarded. He has to present this as a certainty under his leadership—and I stress—make it tangible.

In short, he’s got to do what Reagan did: convince voters that this is still a strong country with enormous resources; that he’ll lift the jack-boot of ‘liberalism’ from our necks. Make the voters see a future.

Voters will move toward a future if they are confident, but they are not going to abandon the familiar for an unknown if they are not, and right now they’re not.

There is only one trick to leadership: you simply take them where they want to go.

Do this now, or else we’ll lose.

Romney should ask Newt Gingrich to help get him ready for the debates.

An empty stage with an empty chair with an empty suit and in the background in the imposter’s own voice all the empty promises and excuses and the lies.

Courage.....you must speak with courage to the blacks and government workers. The Democrats have convinced them that scraps are good enough for them. The Democrats want to give them a stale, moldy handout. We want to give them a hand up to the banquet table. The filthy, stinking black kapos lead the black women to the abortion clinics where their future is killed. And they vote for the killers. The private sector can provide worthwhile, beneficial jobs to government employees, but not if the private sector is starved to death by taxes and regulation. Speak directly to the blacks and government workers. The Democrat kapos can only maintain their power through fear. Drive out that fear and the kapos run like the bullies they are.

Let it be known that a vote for Romney is a vote for Ron Paul as president.

1. Romney elected.
2. Romney/Ryan sworn in.
3. Ryan resigns as VP.
4. Ron Paul is appointed VP.
5. Romney resigns and Ron Paul becomes President.
6. Rand Paul is appointed VP.

Thus begins the Paulist Dynasty.

Quit using the BLS faus unemployment numbers! The real number is closer to double what they spout. Include the migration to SS Disability in the unemployment rate.

Film a documentary of the Democrat history of racism (KKK, Democratic South in days gone by, the Dem fight against equal rights, millions of black babies aborted).

Revise the misery index.

Fact-check everything they say.

Koch brothers buy CBS or ABC and make John Bolton editor-in-chief.

Mitt, stop being a “political wuss”, “grow a permanent political spine”, don’t let RINOS, Establishment Republicans, and Elitist Republicans “have their way” with you, and become a “very small government, constitutional conservative”, for the entire duration that you are POTUS! “RINO Republicanism” is a road to defeat, each and every time that it’s tried!
