Tony Mack, the mayor of Dirty Jersey's capital city of Trenton, has been busted with several others by the FBI on corruption charges as reported by WNBC: "the arrests are the latest development in an ongoing federal investigation into alleged corruption within Mack's administration, which has been marked by accusations of nepotism and reckless spending." Also arrested was top campaign contributor Joseph "JoJo" Giorgianni who "also been charged on a separate complaint involving charges of drug dealing" as reported by Alex Zdan for The Times. In July the FBI raided Mack's home.

In other news, the Constitution of the State of New Jersey has been amended to provide for the indictment of all public officials at the time of their inaugeration, in a combined ceremony, in the interest of efficiency...
I see stories like this and I automatically think “distrust amongst thieves.”

So, from reading the announcement, I take it that the Obama 2012 Campaign to Re-Elect the President, did not get their usual and customary cut from the $3M grant Obama’s government gave Mack.....

LOL. Cory Booker sure learned his lesson. He was cheering obama on the Sunday talk shows like a Dallas Cowboy cheerleader. Talk about a 180 degree turnaround.

“Mack, a Democrat, faced a recall election after a controversial first year in office: “Mack’s critics say he has used the city’s payroll like a personal piggy bank, hiring unqualified friends for key posts and focusing on minor projects like parks and parades as the city struggles with serious problems,” according to The Times (Trenton). He ran through a string of business administrators.[1] The first resigned after a month, saying the mayor didn’t believe in “good government.” Another resigned just ahead of pleading guilty to embezzlement on another job.
