Thanks for the heads up.
Have heard the ads and have wondered about it.

I thought that most conservatives approved of vouchers. You can’t hate voucher money going to Muslim institutions through a voucher program if you love voucher money going to Catholic or Non-Denominational schools.

Never liked vouchers, it’s the camel’s nose in the tent, that allows Federal control of private schools that accept vouchers.

Secular public school indoctrination that most kids will be subjected to is an even bigger threat than the lone islamic school.

I wish they'd had vouchers in NYC a few years ago. They passed school choice, but only among the already overcrowded public schools. There were Catholic and private schools with plenty of space available, but parents couldn't afford the tuition. (And they did a better job for less money.)

Sadly, many of those schools have closed in the past 5-10 years because of rising costs and dwindling enrollment. (The Dept of Ed, seeing a great opportunity, has bought or rented some of the properties to ease overcrowding.)

You caught that? That is exactly right, this Amendment is supporting funding for all faiths. It is about improving the educations of hundreds of thousands, if a million of Florida kids. This is about getting education out of the corrupt hands controlling the failing government run school system. Not allowing them to pollute the minds of children and letting the parents decide on how and what principles they want their kids to learn.

Are Florida taxpayers supporting Catholic schools?

With the shekels come the shackles.

Steer enough taxpayer money towards "private" schools & soon they will be indistinguishable from public ones.
