His entire life, from his malformed youth to his improbable rise to power, Barack Obama has shown nothing but contempt for America, our way of life, the Constitution itself. Unless this unapologetic Marxist is defeated in November, everything we cherish, hold dear about this fabled republic, could forever be lost to the annals of history.
If the election of 2012 has taught us anything, it’s that liberals, backed by the “talking points” media, will say or do anything to ensure the party line: regardless of the truth, the integrity of our public institutions, the welfare of the people. In this cantankerous political era where rabid activists double as objective, informed journalists, no lie is too big, no manipulation too shameful, no association too infantile. From blatantly misrepresenting economic data, to concealing murderous scandal, and even blaming Mitt Romney for a cancer patient’s death, nothing is too inane or inappropriate. More importantly, not discounting the shock value of such vile propaganda, what does such behavior say about us as a people, a nation, when Americans of different ideologies and backgrounds can no longer engage in honest debate without resorting to insults; yes, calling Republicans – those who actually ended the abomination of slavery, Jim Crow laws – slave masters?! How can the American Republic solve the most pressing issues plaguing this nation, work in earnest cooperation, when we cannot even look one another in the eye without utter disdain and contempt?
The fact our political parties cannot even agree on a core set of common sense principles – a balanced budget, free enterprise, transparency, non-negotiable individual liberties, religious rights, “illegal” immigration enforcement – is ominous to say the least. Because the political pendulum of power sways every 4 to 8 years, our government is constantly, and often abruptly, changing directions: economically, culturally, ideologically. If any business operated under this paradigm, i.e., those who cannot print their own money or blame capitalism, they would be bankrupt and out of business within a year. It is nothing more than a recipe for disaster. Yet, we continue to allow this type of destructive behavior to flourish as our country, the Constitution, is literally being torn apart by this incessant tug of war. When elected representatives can no longer pass a bill without disingenuously stuffing it with shady regulations and kickbacks, not driven solely to take prudent action, the system is irrefutably broken and the people made to bear the burden of failure.
When voters, endlessly manipulated by a flawed and biased media, fail to hold its elected leaders accountable, it essentially spells the end for any hope of an effective and responsive government. Considering the horrific state of the economy – runaway debt, mass home foreclosures, 19% real unemployment, record food stamp usage, inflation – as well the treasonous attempt by his own party to ban God and corporate “profits” (but not Hollywood’s) at their national convention, Barack Obama has absolutely no business running a country, let alone winning re-election. No President, sporting such incompetence and radicalism, has ever reclaimed office. Sadly, when confronted with his atrocious record, this man’s continuous practice of lying to the worn faces of the American people – somehow claiming we are better off as millions struggle to feed and house their families – is nothing less than the epitome of indifference and egocentrism. An Obama victory would represent nothing less than the death of America: everything we cherish, work for and our brethren bled to protect. When you are stripped of almost everything you believe in, forced to live under the roof a man responsible for your own child’s demise, what is it you have left to fear…except your soul?
If the American electorate somehow fails to see through the shameless propaganda of this campaign and hold this historic failure accountable – God forbid – I propose the Great American Experiment. That is, all those states who are still dedicated to our timeless constitutional ideals - freedom/free enterprise, limited government, faith, family, accountability, duty - secede and thrive under a renewed constitutional union. Those remaining states, who are willing to continue to decay under unapologetic progressivism – statism, social/economic justice, secularism, political correctness, rampant poverty/crime – can remain under the collectivist banner of the Democratic Party.
In the end, I have no doubt the results will be stark in terms of economic vitality, integrity, unity, and morality. This new union of faithful states, dedicated to old America, will be sizable and influential. From the resourceful South to the breadbasket of America and even the plateaus of Arizona, the promise of our forefathers will be restored. Furthermore, our unbreakable bond will become the new foundation of liberty and prosperity, while simultaneously undermining the credibility and power of America’s greatest usurper, Barack Hussein Obama. If our so-called leader threatened force or violence then the country and the world would see him for what he truly is: a tyrant. Yes, there's a reason why the government has recently stockpiled enough ammunition to kill every citizen five times over. Fortunately, somebody, who is not a Marxist and who swore to defend America, the Constitution, and the people, still has to pull that trigger of treason for a President who bathes in malcontent. Regardless, I have no doubt our military would turn on him, before they would fire on their “true” fellow countrymen. It’s called patriotism; it’s called a conscience! Now you know why Obama wants a handpicked, civilian army. So much for good, wholesome intentions!
As common sense is restored to the forefront of government, entrepreneurs will again be allowed to thrive, God can return to our institutions...especially our schools and government...our borders will be secure, and people will once again be held responsible for their livelihood, their actions, their family. Now that's not to say assistance won't be available those individuals/families in need, only that such aid won't represent a career opportunity; we choose to help the needy, not to fund the lazy! No more endlessly arguing with liberals over abortion, gay marriage, illegal immigration, the right to bear arms and exploitive taxes. No more telling us what to eat or drink, no more attacks on the sanctity of Christmas, and no more degrading the service and honor of our Armed Forces. There would still be open and constructive debate over the specifics of such issues; they simply wouldn't represent the mockery that placates our government now. Our ideals are non-negotiable. By choosing to stand for what is right, no matter what the cost, we will preserve hope and opportunity for countless generations to come.
When given complete autonomy, liberals will finally be free to fleece every successful business and citizen to the point of bankruptcy, to impose affirmative action to the precipice of unbridled subjugation, and to systematically destroy every Judeo-Christian value America was founded upon. Thus, when the dust clears, hope crumbles and the destitute, dependent, decadent masses turn on one another, progressives will have no one left to blame but themselves: not big business, not white America, not religious extremists. And then, perhaps, if only for one fleeting moment, the masses will realize they have forsaken the two greatest gifts in human history: freedom and faith.
I love my country, my family, and God with all my heart. Therefore, I will do everything in my power to ensure all are honored on November 6, 2012. However, if Barack Obama is miraculously granted another four years to further implement his bitter, backwards, progressive agenda, I cannot sit idly by and watch everything America stands for – the wisdom and sacrifice of our founding fathers – suffocate beneath the dregs of tyranny, only to be eulogized by the polls of pop culture relativism. Our children deserve better, those who fought and died for this nation deserve better, this world deserves better. This is why I would proudly support organized secession, albeit short or long term, to highlight how far this blessed nation has fallen. Sometimes, “the people” need to be reminded of the cost of breaking the promise that was once America.
I doubt it. Unemployment averaged 5.1% under Bush and within 4 years it has averaged 9% under Obama and yet they still blame Bush. I don't care how bad it gets, liberals will blame someone else and the MSM will help them in their cause. So I doubt that Americans will "wake up". With 47% of the nation paying no taxes and a hardened MSM propaganda machine it is becoming harder and harder for something like that to happen.

That statement was meant to refer to a post-split of states...some 5 years or so down the road. With conservatives - we crazy right wing extremists - largely out of the picture, it’s but a matter of time before they are engulfed by their own hypocrisy.

To a degree, though there are still a number of states that are controlled by, and are predominantly conservative. They could make it happen, especially if Texas takes the lead. This is all hypothethical, absolutely, and far from easy. Regardless, there are a number of Americans who would rather stand for the values of liberty, faith, than merely exist under the boot of Obama.
Texas has more people on Medicaid than Iowa, Mississippi, or Arkansas has people.
Where are they gonna ship all those folks?

You initiated a policy to tolerate the Marxist-Alinsky radicals and let them rant; not only has it not ceased but was constantly augmented by decades of infiltration and indoctrination. You now have two Americas. In my opinion, it will not cease until a crisis shall have been reached and passed. "A house divided against itself cannot stand." I believe this government cannot endure, permanently, half statist and half free; I do not expect the house to fall; but I do expect it will cease to be divided. It will become all one thing, or all the other.
Fact is also, the defunct Democratic Party was hijacked by 1960s Marxist-Alinsky campus radical, psycho spoiled brats; today the aged 1960s Marxist-Alinsky campus radical, psycho spoiled brats and their bratty ideological issue have the Demobrat Party -- and many rank-and-file, apolitical Democrats do not know that they no longer have a Party.

If a division were to occur in the U.S. (not necessarily secession) and the freedom loving states outlawed all forms of wealth redistribution by govt, those 4,000,000 libs would run screaming back to their beloved welfare state. The problem would solve itself.
But what you are suggesting - secession - will not happen peacefully. The Obama Admin. is certainly not gonna sit by while all that land & treasure secedes, & too many “solid” conservative states are full of liberals.
Any civil war would not be between states, but rather between neighborhoods, with the Feds shooting at anything that moves. Closely divided states - swing states - will be particularly hard fought. Syria might be a good example of the type & ferocity of the conflict.
How will a good Conservative in Long Island NY sell his business & home, & pass through 600+ miles of "enemy territory" to get his family to safety, given that everyone he encounters knows what he is doing & why? Millions will have to make that journey from both sides. Chaos!
There is a better way! It has worked before with a minimum of bloodshed!
PROTESTS! LARGE, LONG, LOUD PROTESTS.
Washington streets around the Capitol, Congress, & the Supreme Court completely unusable, filled with protesters - gridlock. People that refuse to leave until the Obama Administration & the leadership of BOTH parties resign their offices. Kagan & Sotomayor must resign, too. The MSM will be unable to avoid covering it.
If Americans can make life as miserable in Washington as it is in a typical slum in America, & do it 24/7 for weeks or however long it takes, we can reclaim this country, without splitting it into pieces. Washington & those who reside there ARE the problem. Let's take it to THEM directly, peacefully but determined.
And once Washington has been conquered, the protests need to be taken to the vile, immoral organizations that perpetuate evil in this country - Code Pink, PETA, Planned Parenthood, etc. Run them off the map by making their lives miserable. Take it to their homes, families, & jobs.
