ITA. This Mother Jones thing is like a fake open-mic “gaffe” where a candidate gets to rally the base by actually telling the truth for a change.

Romney may very well lose... granted, the landscape isn’t looking great right now. But even if he doesn’t win, that painful, harsh truth needed to be told. And the figure is now closer at last count to 49, vice 47.

Offensive only to those in that 47%.
Not to those of us supporting them.

Hey, don’t knock intuitive science! It works.
Per one of our most famous scientists: “Science without religion is lame. Religion without science is blind.”
and “I want to know God’s thoughts; the rest are details.”
and “ A problem is not solved at the level of consciousness at which it was created.”
and the last and best “Great spirits have often encountered violent opposition from weak minds.”
I like Neils Bohr’s response to Einstein, “Einstein, stop telling God what to think!”

Mitt Romney is also alleged to have said that "2+2=4" and that the students were perplexed by this.As long as he has been in government he should know better than this.

Some are saying the truth is offensive; then maybe they can’t handle the truth?

Everything he says ends his chance of winning.
When he wakes up in the morning and puts his feet on the floor, that is a demonstration of his racism.
The way he combs his hair demonstrates his hatred for social justice.
Oh and that wife and her horse, don’t get me started on that!
There is only one choice in 2012.
Barack Hussein Obama, muslim.

What Romney said was that many of the bottom 47% are takers i.e. thieves who expect others to pay for everything. I guess the truth hurts a lot of people. Romney was actually much nicer than I would have been. Which is why I would never have been nominated.

Mitt Romney is also alleged to have said that "2+2=4" and that the students were perplexed by this. Well, it was a government school, after all.

I watched the BBC News late last night and they covered the story. The analysis they featured was provided by some ditzy dame from Politico who basically said that Romney was now officially finished.Of course you'd expect nothing less from the BBC...or Politico.

And that equals plus 5! Thanks for a dose of the giggles.

Nice try but you don't have facts on your side. If you think the 47% are ALL willing to be there and the ones who are willing dole collectors are all going to turn out think again.
They have lived thought Republican administrations and the know the Democrat scare stories are lies. They are cunning street people who see no connection to America. They have failed to vote in the past and nothing changed. They will fail to vote this time and will be wrong about that, but you won't believe that.
The only place this “gaffe” means anything is here and in the liberal media newsrooms.
Remember how “Bain” “Show us your tax returns” “Off shore bank accounts “ and my favorite failure “Romney is a felon” were suppose to Romney's campaign? When was the last time you any of that crap? Now you think THIS will be meaningful? Please.
