Mitt Romney's campaign looked to pivot Tuesday from his controversial "47 percent" comment by highlighting new audio that shows President Obama saying in 1998 that he "believe[s] in redistribution."
The Republican presidential candidate, appearing on Fox News, defended his comments during which he said "47 percent" of voters are "dependent on the government" by saying he was drawing a contrast between his own economic vision and that of the president's.

finally using the pivot
He needs to make the point that 47% are dependent on government because O is suffocating the economy, and he wants to roll that back.
What he needs to do is follow it up by trying to show those people that dependency is slavery and that freedom can only be found through self sufficiency.
Speak directly to them and tell them that under government dependency, they will only have what government rations out to them and they will do as government demands or they will go without. Tell them that they can be free to have as much as they want but they must be free to achieve it.
Let’s hope Romney has a new video each day during the month of October with Obama in his own words. Goodness knows there is enough material out there to tap. If you browse FR, listen to Rush, Levin, and other talk shows, you’ve already heard some of these clips. But the general public has not seen them and the DBM will be forced to cover them and Obama forced to rebut them, if Romney tosses them out there.
