Where's Sarah?
one man's opinion...

Posted on 09/29/2012 7:55:55 AM PDT by ken5050

Here we are, a little more than a month from Election Day. The race is very close, despite what the pollsters and the MSM try to tell us. And oddly, the one person who most energizes the GOP base, the Tea Party, has all but disappeared from the public view.

Palin was very active, and very successful, in helping conservatives to win in 2008, 2010, and early on in this primary season.

Now, she's rarely seen on even on FOX News, and she drops by on Dancing With The Stars to watch her daughter, Bristol compete.

Sarah, please!!!!

Here's a thought..Move to Missouri for a few weeks. Travel the state with Todd Akin..and tap in to your base to help him raise funds. You could bring in million$ easily.

Come to Florida. The crowds you drew in here in 2008 were awesome. Help Connie Mack beat Nelson.

Sarah, this is NOT the time to drop out....

She’s legit, and thus won’t shill for Romney.

Though your down card suggestion on help would be appreciated, I agree.

Good ideas. Am thinking though she maybe is going to let the people decide. Don't know for certain though, Sarah could yet wow all of them, later. If zer0 is reelected, it will be terrible for our nation, yet there is something in the wind. It goes from a terrible smell, to pleasant floral. Watch out for that almond smell though.

GOP political consultants don’t want Palin. Simple as that.

I’m inclined to agree. We will never know the dirty tricks Romney pulled on her over the past several years, and she isn’t about to ignore all that. And she may just be sick enough of all the political games that she is transitioning back to private citizen. One could hardly blame her for that.

Maybe she’s taking some “family time”. I saw her in the audience of “Dancing with the stars”, since her daughter is competing. I would do the same thing.

I believe the GOP-E/Rove/Romney crowd made it pretty clear to her that they don’t want her (or her Tea Party ilk) anywhere around. She probably also knows that they are sinking like a rock, and that if she jumps into the fray big-time and then Romney loses, they’ll all try to blame her for the loss. Been there before. That’s the way the scumbags operate.

If she’s as all-powerful and influential as some of you think, she doesn’t need or respond to GOP consultants.

The GOPe shuns her.
She wont shill for Romney.
How do you know she isn’t working, just because the media doesn’t report her activities doesn’t mean it not happening.

"What horses does she have in the race?"

That should tell you a lot. Her "horses" were defeated by other (conservative) candidates in the primaries.

I just don't get that excited about Palin preaching to choir on Greta or Hannity anymore. Even the Left doesn't fear her anymore. Her greatest good would've been running for POTUS, not doing 10 minute spots on FOX NEWS. I still cannot believe she chose not to run. How utterly disappointing! What a lost opportunity.

Just my opinion.

Are you saying she’s more concerned with her own political future than with the fate of the country?

$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

Yep. I’ll bet she is waiting for the debates, and to see what the Romney camp is actually going to do.

It’s the last few weeks that matter.

Even if she picks a few key Senate races and helps us win that, that would be huge.

Cruz was her pick, but not sure he needed her to win over Dewhurst. That could be argued. However, he does not need her to win over the Democrat in the general. For certain.

Team Romney, and the rest of the GOP “experts”, have laid big money on the proposition that the problem with the GOP’s image is Sarah Palin.

In addition, they fear her, or someone like her, more than they fear Barack Obama.

Fortunately for those of us who disagree, the final verdict on this formulation is coming in just over a month. Who knows? Maybe they were right, and Mitt Romney will win in a landslide, with Democrats and Independents flocking to him because, at last, they have a Republican who does not want to be associated with “them” (us).

If they were wrong? God have mercy on them, because I sure won’t. If Romney loses, none of us can rest until Rove, the Bushes, and the whole GOPe are put out of business, permanently.

‘Consultants don’t want Sarah.’ It is much bigger than what the consultants want. Sarah speaks for We the People; these are terrible times. She could do so much as a CITIZEN of this country to energize the base. Surely she’s not interested in sitting out and letting Obama win simply to ‘show the Beltway folks’ what we think of them.

I’d like to see Newt stumping, too, and Santorum - all the others who ran. It’s a different sort of race this time, imho. Desperate Times.
