Nobody with a brain believes the new unemployment rate is really 7.8%. As Rick Moran points out at American Thinker, it's just not credible.

This is not on this subject of unemployment screwed figures but various websites have stated Obama had his biggest fundraising in September. Who went with George Clooney to Europe? Did they fly on a US government Plane? Who did Clooney meet in Europe to obtain large amounts of donations. Don’t trust Obama or Democrats. Everything they do is breaking the law or constitution.
