Doesn’t seem very accurate? Some of these things Romney said are documented facts yet it says not sure.
Could be Not Sure is the same as repeating a fact that he neither believes or disbelieves.
There are people who say he was suffering from allergies—hence the handkerchief. When my allergies are acting up, I blink a lot.
It was the altitude, doncha know?
1. The speaker is thinking of the exact words he is speaking in real time.
Unprovable. No one except the speaker knows what he is thinking/stressing over at any point in time. No empirical correlation with voice stress, and speech content.
Romney lieing about retracting health care?
