No wonder David Axelrod thinks that Barack Obama can win Ohio without winning independents. According to the latest Buckeye State poll from PPP, they only need an extra five points from non-Democrats to get a majority:
A new Public Policy Polling survey in Ohio, conducted on behalf of Health Care for America Now, finds Barack Obama leading Mitt Romney 50-45.
Oh, let’s just skip the rest of the preliminaries and go right to the sample. The D/R/I on this poll is a ridiculous 45/36/19 that assumes Democrats will add six points to their 2008 turnout while independents largely stay home. In 2008, recall, the exit polls showed the electorate at 39/31/30, and the 2010 midterm put it at 36/37/28. Has anyone produced any evidence of such a wave of Democratic enthusiasm? Even the CBS/NYT/Q-poll today showed GOP enthusiasm leading by 14 in Ohio, 57/43.

D+9...interesting.On Sunday they’ll have Baraq with an 8 point edge using D+15.It’s voter suppression,boys and girls...something that the international observers are sure to vigorously point out on Tuesday and every day therafter.
I’m not going to doubt this poll. I would add 3% to 5% to Obama’s total because of voter fraud.

There is also a HUGE number of illegal latinos on a GET OUT THE VOTE mission there.

Also been reading reports out of Ohio that when people go to those voting machines and press ROMNEY..it enters it as OBAMA..so you tell me, what the hell is going on here(Yeah I already know, the fix is in!) question is how will the GOP respond

And if true that is the ace in the hole that the Dems have..you go to vote, press the Romney button and BAM, vote goes to Obama..the GOP better be on top of this right now
Obama leading by 5 with a 45/36/19 D/R/I sounds pretty good to me.
Very few D’s will vote R and fewer R’s will vote D.
So that give Obammy 45 votes and Romney 36 votes. That means Obammy is getting 26.3% of the Indies and Romney is getting 73.6%.
Using the 2008 Turnout model that gives 47% to Obammy and 53% to Romney.
Using the 2010 Turnout model that gives 43% to Obammy and 58% to Romney.
Looking good to me. My only concern now is because of Sandy the Freeloading Dems have nothing to do but vote.
