SANTA ANA A panel of Orange County Superior Court judges has affirmed a Fullerton man's misdemeanor conviction on two counts of battery for twice secretly depositing his semen in a co-worker's water bottle.
A jury determined in February that Michael Kevin Lallana, 32, committed the acts for sexual gratification. He was sentenced to 180 days in jail, ordered to register as a sex offender for life, and to serve three years of probation.
