You have to tune them out and tune in another station.

I don’t think the vast majority of people want to hear Geraldo, but the station has a business to run and thinks they know best.

The tri state is still in the midst of an ongoing disaster and the suits at ABC feel that the listeners would rather know what’s going on especially since most have no TV. If that means I can’t hear Rush tell me how entrepreneurs will restore the beach fronts, jetties, boardwalks of LI and the Shore, rebuild the infrastructures, the roads, tunnel approaches etc, then I’ll just have to suffer.!
I dislike bor so much that when geraldo goes on, I don’t even know about it. Saves the blood pressure. bor is an incompetent, ill informed twit and it just finally got to me.

Cumulus Broadcasting has Congolese of the ABC station and a lot ofother media outlets around the country including WABC. They are replacing conservative hosts as fast as they can. There have been a number of articles about this and the ratings results. the media reports I’ve seen say the results are dismal. The owner is a major liberal. They just hired their idea of a conservative, Michael Savage. Part of the drive is to cut costs so look for second and third tier hosts and part I’d guess is to become the next great liberal venture in to radio like Air America.
Here in L.A. the Cumulus station is KABC which the.L.A. Times has said is continuing its ratings slide and KFI which carries Rush has moved to number 2
They are a Cumulus station and they are dropping their conservative hosts country wide as fast as they can from what’s been reported. Their original plan was to replace Rush with Huckabee (who would never survive). Huckabee decided not to go with the radio syndication. You now see their fallback position. Do a Google search on Cumulus drops conservative hosts or Cumulus and Limbaugh.
Yup. Armed Forces Radio’s announcer declared that “the temperature is 105 degrees and rising” and segued into a loop of “White Christmas”. It was the prearranged code for registered Americans and their dependents to head for their assigned evac site.
