But we lost because 2,000,000 McCain voters chose to stay home. Get those people to vote for Romney and we win.
Focusing on voter fraud as the cause of our defeat is a misdirection.
“A democracy cannot exist as a permanent form of government. It can only exist until the voters discover that they can vote themselves largesse from the public treasury. From that moment on, the majority always votes for the candidates promising the most benefits from the public treasury with the result that a democracy always collapses over loose fiscal policy, always followed by a dictatorship. The average age of the world’s greatest civilizations has been 200 years.”
In the most efficient dictatorships of the coming century..unlike the crude ones of the 20th century...the populace will be unaware of the alternatives. We’re about there folks...and would surmise already that elections are held just to keep the lid on the illusion.
I think that’s an important point. That’s part of the analysis I’m referring to, however. I sure hope that’s not the case.
Personally, I also had the thought that the late smugness on the Left about the “outcome” and the so-tight numbers on their internal polling vis-a-vis the outcome is AWFULLY suspicious.
I am involved in an 18-month old effort in California, Election Integrity Project (not to be confused with that effort of the same name under auspices of a national conservative watchdog organization) that put out about 2000 trained poll observers with backup legal consult during this week’s election (only in California). You can find them online at www.electionintegrityproject.com.
Happy followup!
Lest I forget:
There is that national organization I mentioned (look for John Fund online, Texas’s True the Vote, Minnesota has a group by a name similar to Election Integrity’s, etc.) for an effort local to yours. We discovered ours by the “usual route” - local patriots.
Happy Hunting! It’s great to group, nk.
All theater, in my opinion. Just like the Obamacare/ Roberts deal.
While we were bickering about how to keep from going over to the dark side, the dark side had already swallowed us whole. Don’t worry, though. The charade continues and we’ll all feel invigorated and ready to b!tch about the next chapter, a month from now.
It’s clear to me, and I don’t believe the numbers either. 3 million John McCain voters stayed home?? Romney ran a much better campaign than McCain, and we had 4 years under our belt this time. Romney’s rallies were large and enthusiastic, wherever he went. By contrast, O’s rallies were anemic.
So here’s how you steal the election: electronically. You toss out 1 out of every 10 Romney votes, and that more than compensates for the lost 3 million. Romney thought he had FL sewn up, spent the last week in PA and OH. You only really need to steal FL and OH. Then shore up the numbers with some bogus exit polls about how the country has turned liberal and believed everything the Dem campaign said.
So maybe this has been done before, in 2004. See here: http://stolenelection.net/. What if the way was being paved for Obama back in 2004. “They” didn’t want Kerry to win so O could run in ‘08...against McCain, who poo-poohed the idea that the election was stolen from Kerry in ‘04, according to this site.
