Unpopular cease fire hurts Bibi in new poll

A new poll that came out on Thursday shows the merged Likud - Yisrael Beiteinu party taking a big hit mostly for the benefit of more right wing parties. The reason behind the shift is likely dissatisfaction with the cease fire.

A new Israeli poll released this morning, and conducted following the cease-fire with Hamas, announced yesterday after 8 days of fighting, shows a significant drop in public support for Israeli Prime Minister Netanayhu.

The poll which was commissioned by Israel’s Knesset website and conducted by the Panels Institute shows Netanyahu’s joint list with Foreign Minister Avigdor Lieberman, named Likud-Beiteinu dropping significantly from a current 42 seats combined to 33 seats.

Israel’s Labor party gained two seats from a previous poll rising to 22 seats, and the Yesh Atid party of former Journalist Yair Lapid dropped from 13 seats to 11.

Hmmm. A two-fer. Pleases the Jew-haters and hurts Netanyahu in the process. Must be all part of the plan.

I’d be angry, too. The ceasefire lasted two hours before the Pali’s started shooting rockets again. At that point they should have started the tanks. All Bibi did was turn them around & send them home. Just criminal!

This is no surprise at all. It shouts out that Bibi caved to pressure from the White Hut. That is reinforced by the fact the muzz are cheering wildly over the cease fire, claiming it a huge victory over Israel (which, in all candor, it is).

It isn’t a victory for the Muzzies. Bibi did what he thought best to try and save lives. I’m sure the WH has something to do with this - you know - cave to the enemy. Don’t worry, Bibi will make mincemeat out of them if they keep it up. If he is waiting for support from zero - he will be waiting quite a while. Zero votes present unless it favors the MB.

Why do people have to do such stupid polls about everything? I’m sick of them.

Makes you wonder what threats Hillary made to Israel and what promises she made to Gaza.

There was that aircraft carrier there just in case.

The Palestinians got new concessions because of their attacks—why isn’t that a victory for them?

The photo at the link is pretty funny. If I am reading it correctly it is English transliterated into Hebrew. Correct me if my caption is wrong.

“It isn’t a victory for the Muzzies.”

Are you sure about that? Imagine if you will your neighbors across the street wanting you dead. So they initiate the hostilities by lobbing rocket after rocket at you killing a family member or two in the process. You fire back and kill many more of them. Along come the police and arrange a “cease fire.” It is guaranteed your neighbors will be lobbing more rockets in the future.

Did you or your neighbors win the fight?

All is going according to the Chicago Alinskyites’ plan. The next
phase is sending Carville in to get a leftist PM elected.

Because I read the Bible, and Israel wins. That’s all.

And the victory is precisely dated to the near future? And nothing disastrous can happen between now and the Last Day?

Lazy exegesis is not an answer.

If you were a student of Biblical prophecy, then you could answer your own question.

If you were a student of Biblical prophecy, instead of a parroter of simplistic eisegesis, you would be able to answer those basic questions.

The fact is that the state of Israel could be destroyed in a confrontation with the Islamists in the near future, the people of Israel could be scattered once more and it still would not contradict the Scriptures.

Smugness and fatalism are not equivalent to faith and hope.

I take this as a sign that the cease fire was forced on Israel by the terrorist lovers in the White House.

You, my friend are dead wrong on all accounts, but I will leave you with your delusions of grandeur.

Do your own research. I don’t have time to explain it all to you. I know the end result and that’s all that matters.
