Review of report cards for all public school districts showed majority-black school districts in Mississippi spent more money per student, hired fewer teachers, and had worse grades than majority-white districts. Some districts only had a third of employees hired as teachers while spending $15,000 per student. Liberalism at its finest.
You can google Metro Atlanta spending for school students. You’re likely to find that Dekalb and Fulton Counties spend much much much more per student on education and get worse grades (that is IF they’ve not yet found a way to cook the books)....
Oh! Wait! They’ve already done that....google Georgia School Testing Cheating.
As a former teacher for Jackson Public schools, I agree completely. I have never seen a bigger wastefulness of people’s money.

Comment: As long as people continue to embrace the theory that environmental factors(lots of taxpayer funds curing black inability.)There shall never be an improvement of that races problems. Neurology is the ultimate answer; a cure for low average intelligence and poor impulse control.

I’ll open a private schoolusing PRIVATE FUNDS , just pay me $10,000 per kid and I guarantee no classes with more than 20 kids.
I ran the numbers for 1 class room, paying the teacher 60K I can still pocket over 100K PER CLASSROOM.
