I have previously written here and here about appropriate tactics for patriots to take (including Christian patriots) when we come to the realization that the current government of our land is tyrannical, and moving in the direction of further, more intensive despotism.
I’d like to add another tactic to that list today; and, that tactic is deception.
I realize that as soon as I suggest that deception is an appropriate tool for the opposition of tyrants, I’m going to lose some of my fellow Christians. However, I beg a patient audience, as I will later try to show that the Bible itself endorses this idea. And when I suggest that Scripture endorses the move to deceive tyrants, I use that word advisedly. I don’t mean to merely say that Scripture allows deception in this case. I mean that the Bible endorses it. It commends it. It holds it up in more than one place as an act of faith.
Especially since we have moved into the Information Age, the American Federal government has sought to become a master collector of information. Information is the new currency, especially in endeavors such as the War on Terror. Information is so important that the government has launched an initiative, with the Utah Data Center, to (in fact) capture every piece of electronic communication that flies through cyberspace...

Looking at the 94 vote results, if Boehner allows a vote on a gun ban it will pass 236-199 That is with 13% of Dems voting no due to Blue dog, and 26% of Repubs voting Yea same as 1994 because save the children.
The answer is I probably will not be the first asked....

Mine have been turned into an art project illustrating the historical nature of manufacturing around the world. Any attempt to confiscate is going against free speech and freedom of expression. Will they really start seizing artist’s works? Will burning books come next?

The problem with this notion is that the New Testament does not really give any cover for Christians to disobey or rebel against their government, except insofar as they are obligated to disobey them when commanded to do something against God's commands.
And the Roman Empire was a good deal more oppressive than the US government of today. Haven't noticed any public crucifixions or feeding of dissidents to wild animals recently.
Here’s the trick. Go pick up a couple of expended anti-tank rocket tubes like the LAPD are paying 200 bucks for. When they come to the door, give them to the gun Nazis and tell them about how happy you are that they came to take them off of your hands. They’ll get so excited that they’ll wet their pants and will forget all about asking about guns.

If you wait until they come for YOUR gun, you’ve waited too long.
A vigorous, organized response when the very first confiscations start will cause the police to refuse the job.
Disarming the police involved and sending them walking home in their underwear would be a good start.
I just saw Whoraldo advocating that gun owners should have a red dot sticker on their window to let people know they have an implement for protection. These people need a serious brush back pitch.
I’m purchasing my PVC pipe next week.
I will react the same as I would to anyone coming to my house to steal from me.
