Dr. Orly has put her life’s blood into this fight. SHE HAS MADE DEFENDING THE CONSTITUTION AND THE AMERICAN WAY OF LIFE A PERSONAL AMBITION, IN THE ABSENCE OF ANY CONSTITUTION LEADERSHIP FROM COWARDLY REPUBLICANS AND THE SCOTUS.
Dr. Orly is the ONLY one out there in the trenches EVERY day hitting Obama on multiple fronts and trying to bring him down. It is reported that she is heaily in debt from using her own funds for expenses in her flights across the U.S for interviews, speeches, serving papers and meeting with officials.
Sure, Dr. Orly has made mistakes. But Dr. Orly is no dummy. How many of us could go to a foreign country, learn 5 languages, establish a successful dental practice, a successful real estate business AND pass the California state bar- one of the hardest in the U.S. to pass?
She may be a ‘mail order’ attorney and not a Harvard lawyer, but she IS an attorney with all the rights and privilages of a Harvard lawyer nevertheless!
The point is; she has the passion, the zeal, the courage of her convictions and the love of America and its freedoms (unlike those who sit behind their computers and bloviate, tear her apart while doing nothing themselves) that will not let her give up!
She is exhausted. She is nervous. She is frustrated. It is reported that she gets by on 4-5 hours of sleep per night, and her family is very worried about her health- as well as her safety, as her life has been threatened numerous times.
She makes mistakes. But she will NOT give up. She will keep on until she gets it right.
If nothing else, Orly has caused Obama anxiety and money to defend himself- and that’s something.
We may never get Obama but if we do, I hope it’s Dr. Orly who brings him down.
She is more American than most Americans

Every one of us knows something is very wrong. Most of us observe from the sidelines. Ms Taitz continues to press the issue.
What have you done, Mr Rogers, other than slip into your cardigan and snugly lace up your sneakers in preparation for another carp session?
What is wrong is that a majority of Americans voted in a gun-grabber abortionist Muslim who hates whites. They voted in a mini-Rev Wright. And God WILL damn America if America doesn’t repent ASAP.
However, that is not a constitutional matter. Hawaii says Obama was born there. If someone has EVIDENCE otherwise, great. But no, Sheriff Joe didn’t present any solid evidence - not the kind that a court would bother to look at. As long as Hawaii says Obama was born there, the courts won’t say otherwise.
How is the President allowed to get away with the admitted tampering of official documents and then posting said tampered documents on the official Whitehouse website?

Has Hawaii denied Obama was born there? If not, you are out of luck. The courts will defer to the state government on the question of where someone was born.
A lot of us campaigned and voted, which is all we can do. Going to a court without evidence is as effective as pissing on a picture of Obama in your toilet - it may make you feel better, but it doesn’t change who the President is.

Every day, I write a letter to Santa asking him to take Obama to the North pole. Then I roll a gigantic joint with it and smoke until Orly Taitz looks like a genius. Obviously, the only reason that this hasn't worked is that there's a global conspiracy against me. /sarcasm
He wasn’t submitting a document. He was posting it on a website. I usually adjust colors and contrasts of pictures before I post them on my website, so why should I expect others not to?
Bottom line: Hawaii is sticking to its claim Obama was born there. THAT is what matters to a court.
Actually, Hawaii ( through Onaka ) gave a very PC non-answer, answer.
No, it was an unambigous answer verifying that Obama was born in Hawaii. I know, I know, if you turn your head sideway and squint, it kind of looks like he sort of didn't because... just because.
This response to Onaka's letter reminds me of the dialogue from Dumb and Dumber.

I only know what I've seen and read. Mr Rogers is correct: Hawaii has never wavered from the claim that Barack Hussein Obama was born there, and until 1) they change their tune or 2) someone can prove them wrong, the issue is settled.
Basically, Orly Taitz and company have been asking the courts to go on a fishing expedition. They are really sure that Obama is not NBC, but they can't prove it, so they want the courts to subpoena stuff until they find a smoking gun. Courts don't work that way (thank God).
As far as the insult goes, I was only trying to highlight how "birthers" cling to the flimsiest of hopes.
