In a video uploaded to YouTube yesterday, Anonymous warned of an "insurrection" in the United States and said that the federal government is using the Sandy Hook school shooting as an excuse to confiscate weapons from law-abiding citizens.
It appears that the original video was uploaded on Dec. 24, 2012 and has received about 1,000 views, but within the past two days, renewed interest in its message caused over a dozen copies to appear online and receive tens of thousands of views. According to CNN, Vice President Joe Biden's gun task force will have their recommendations ready on Tuesday.

In the video, the Anon said that President Barack Obama plans to confiscate weapons while increasing law enforcement's supply. The Anon said that the media hypes mass shootings while ignoring deaths perpetrated by law enforcement, violent murders committed without firearms, and people that defend themselves from life threatening attacks using firearms...

There’s going to be a lot of good people who die trying to enact a gun grab. Unfortunately, these people will only be doing their job as directed. Then, thre are those LEO’s who will walk away and become the public gun owners. Personally, I truely hope it never comes to that but I wouldn’t put anything past Odumbo and his ilk.
Why are you assuming people use logic?
And after the fact, they will say;
“We were just following orders.”
If they're trying to enact a gun grab they're not good people.
Anyone, any group, or any association who assists in the confiscation of guns is engaged in a act of tyranny and our founding fathers instructed us as to our course of action regarding a tyrannical government.
It is not me saying this, read Patrick Henry, Washington, Jefferson, Madison, etc.
Anonymous is no friend of America, conservatives, or gun owners. Ulterior motives suspected.
unless i am mising something, i would disagree that it’s not rhetorically airtight under your explanation.
if your equation was true, that would also mean no guns for anyone, including police, alphabet soup folks, and the military and secret service. and that will not happen. unless you’re assuming the blatant hypocrisy won’t be picked up on by anyone. which it already has.
i never did assume these people use logic, i said it’s not logically possible to equate law abiding people with criminal whackjobs. you can see my statement would reject gun grabbers as being logical because they do equate law abiding people the same as criminals murderer maniacs - ie “the problem” that will be solved by taking their guns away.
besides anyone who looks at all the gun laws and restricted zones for carry and sees what criminals are’doing now, if they think the solution is “more laws”, is insane and intent on eradicating law abiding folks’ gun rights.
That would be my position, too, i.e. that they are illogival. But then I wouldn’t bring it up in the first place because logic is in such shirt supply everywhere you go, including university philosophy departments. It would be like pointing out that libs are vertibrates or that they walk erect.
Haven’t heard of any computer hackers being girls...yet! ;)
