Delaware: A person has the right to keep and bear arms for the defense of self, family, home and State, and for hunting and recreational use. Art. I, § 20 (enacted 1987).

[Self-defense right explicitly protected.]

Beau Biden claims that outlawing "assault-style" (defensive rifles) weapons is not a violation of 2nd Amendment Rights.

Looks like he lies like a Democrat.

Did the Bidens get together to plan to add Delaware to the gun-banning stampede of states like New York and California which have no gun rights enshrined in their state constitutions?

Sure looks like it to me. Let's see the phone records, meeting records & emails, you two probable violators of 18 U.S.C. § 241 (US Code - Section 241: Conspiracy against rights)
