My dad is in the hospital with kidney failure. He only has one having lost the other to kidney cancer 30 yrs ago. He has a lot of other health problems so this is hard to treat and serious. Prayers are appreciated. Thank you.
I want to thank you all for your outpouring of prayers. I can’t begin to tell you what it means to me. I can’t wait to read your words to my dad. He is 80 and has been experiencing a lot of health problems these past few years, incl. going blind so I know your words will bring much comfort to him. Thank you all so much! God Bless! :-)

In November 2011 I was diagnosed with bladder cancer. I underwent Chemo treatments and had a surgical procedure done in Mar ‘12.
I’m proud to report that I am cancer-free. I will have follow-up dr visits with my oncologist and urologist/surgeon over a period of years to make sure the cancer is indeed gone.
Again, prayers offered up for your Dad and your family.

My Dad had a cancerous kidney removed 24 years ago and has remained cancer free since then. He is on dialysis tonight for the first time, hoping that will get him back on track.

Yes, he just started yesterday. I just got home from sitting with him all day. (a 250 mile round trip)As yet, he is in pretty bad shape. It was hard seeing him in that condition. Thank you for your prayers and concern.
I’m sad to report my Dad passed away this morning.
