Fingers don’t look like a gun.
What this is the attempt by the schools to punish the thought of a gun.
They expel kids for holding their fingers in what they say is a “gun” shape.
So if someone named Gunilla comes to school will they expel her for saying “gun”?
Madness.

If they change his name to Mohammed, they’ll leave him alone.

Kind of like the “Old Gunny” was getting his new replacements and some baby faced kid, when asked “What is your name Marine?” “John SIR”...the Gunny goes “Don’t call me sir here and in the Corps we go by last names. First names are not to be used. NOW What is your name Marine?”

“Well John, lets see about getting you an assignment”.
Soon it will be illegal for students to have index and middle fingers.
Next, synonyms to guns, weapons and firearms will be deleted from text books. Learning history will be interesting: The civil war was fought with lupins.
Are teachers SO Stupid that a name is in violation of a weapon’s policy?!!
What will happen to the children who live in Fishkill or Westkill? Will they have to move or the towns have to change their names?

This is the perfect case for the ADA.
The governor of Nebraska is Dave Heineman (R).
You can’t tell me that a Republican governor would miss such an opportunity to make some serious political hay over this.

I don't believe this. I'd have to have it demonstrated to me. This sounds more like the school wants him to change languages, and he's already doing that so what's the big deal?
