How are the “Sandy” victims doing now? Do they have light and heat to endure the blizzard? There has been no followup to this story since Obama pronounced his “Mission Accomplished” in the storm area right before the November election.

Shoot Hurricane Sandy victims are doing just quite dandy I heard. Some of their tents were blown off due to the high winds. Heck, there won’t even be a half-time at next year Super Bowl where the Hurricane Sandy Choir can perform meanwhile in the White Hut......

I’M in Bergen County nj, near NYC, and already, an hour ago, there was a backup of cars at gas stations waiting to
get gas, probably for their generators. Also, inexplicably,
the A&P had to shut down a few areas because of no running water. Luckily we have a generator which saw us through the full week of Sandy. Will probably rustle up a few more gas cans besides the two i filled just to make sure.

How long before Zer0 gets on TV and starts telling people not to worry. The FEDERAL government has everything under control.

The freebies will be flowing. Again.

So, when did we start giving names to winter storms? What’s next——”Southwest Breeze Sally?”

There will be an opening at the Grammys. Sandy Hook kids are only going to sing Call Me Maybe one time for that show.

Oh and not all of those kids are from Sandy Hook but I guess all are from Newtown.

I threw a wish in the well,
Don’t ask me, I’ll never tell
I looked to you as it fell,
And now you’re in my way

I’d trade my soul for a wish,
Pennies and dimes for a kiss
I wasn’t looking for this,
But now you’re in my way

Your stare was holdin’,
Ripped jeans, skin was showin’
Hot night, wind was blowin’
Where do you think you’re going, baby?

Hey, I just met you,
And this is crazy,
But here’s my number,
So call me, maybe?

It’s hard to look right
At you baby,
But here’s my number,
So call me, maybe?

Hey, I just met you,
And this is crazy,
But here’s my number,
So call me, maybe?

And all the other boys,
Try to chase me,
But here’s my number,
So call me, maybe?

You took your time with the call,
I took no time with the fall
You gave me nothing at all,
But still, you’re in my way

I beg, and borrow and steal
Have foresight and it’s real
I didn’t know I would feel it,
But it’s in my way

Your stare was holdin’,
Ripped jeans, skin was showin’
Hot night, wind was blowin’
Where you think you’re going, baby?

Hey, I just met you,
And this is crazy,
But here’s my number,
So call me, maybe?

It’s hard to look right
At you baby,
But here’s my number,
So call me, maybe?

Hey, I just met you,
And this is crazy,
But here’s my number,
So call me, maybe?

And all the other boys,
Try to chase me,
But here’s my number,
So call me, maybe?

Before you came into my life
I missed you so bad
I missed you so bad
I missed you so, so bad

Before you came into my life
I missed you so bad
And you should know that
I missed you so, so bad

It’s hard to look right
At you baby,
But here’s my number,
So call me, maybe?

Hey, I just met you,
And this is crazy,
But here’s my number,
So call me, maybe?

And all the other boys,
Try to chase me,
But here’s my number,
So call me, maybe?

Before you came into my life

I missed you so bad
I missed you so, so bad

Before you came into my life
I missed you so bad
And you should know that

So call me, maybe?

I have lots of in laws in Boston and Maine. There’s no bigger bunch of left wing, lunatics! Bunch of damn communists...I hope they couldn’t find groceries, they run out of toilet paper and can’t get out of the house for a week!

As for you NE conservatives, please be careful and best of luck!

“How are the “Sandy” victims doing now?”

They still do not have ‘actual’ dune protection. IMO they are still vulnerable to ‘Sandy’ type storms. I am no dune expert; but living here in the Northern Outer Banks NC, you can see a lot of planning went into protecting ocean front property’s. Back in the early 40’s the existing dunes were created by bulldozing and massing planting of vegetation and ample placements of sand fencing.

No, I think that would be Memphis and the total disregard Obama and the Fed showed when that city was completely flooded...

To you FReepers up north, I second that sentiment; stay safe, and if you find yourself with a lot of free time on your hands, please don’t forget to help your Democrat neighbors stay toasty warm if the power fails.

Here’s how you do that! Help them load themselves up in the family automobile in the garage; turn on the motor so the heater will work and then LOCK the door to the garage so burglars can’t hurt them while they’re sitting in the car.

Yeppers...horrible ice storm in Kentucky and the catastrophic floods in Tennessee BOTH ignored by _resident Skeet and his comrades in the media...those southern folk are 'clingers', you know...

Of course; the residents of those states just rolled up their sleeves and got 'er done'...who needs FEMA?

I remember Nashville and the surrounding area were absolutely devastated...floodwaters on the stage of the Grand Old Opry)...not sure about Memphis. Didn’t learn, though...both areas turned right around and voted for _resident Skeet again in 2012.

I just got home from Augusta (Maine) where we had a rally for the 2nd amendment.

There was already a few inches on the ground, 10 degrees, and a 20 knot wind. We still had about 60 or 70 people turn out for the rally. (includng the Gov.).

There are more conservatives than you may think here in Maine, but we’re getting whipped by organized dems and voter fraud.

But we ain’t done yet !
