I love stories that take the basic premise of affirmative action and apply it to a wider group than simply white males; once white females were denied seats in the tutoring the program would be amended.
Most colleges and employers have barriers to white men that are tolerated/encouraged by everyone else.
When taxpayer supported tenure is abolished, this type of nonsense will cease.

Bill and Melinda Gates are just as guilty. Their foundation has a college scholarship programs that is closed to whites. It is the multi-billion dollars Millennium Scholars program. Only available to non-whites. So if your family immigrated from Korea or Mexico four years ago you can get one

Real simple solution, next time there is a school board election, every seat is overturned and let their replacements know exactly why and that it can happen again. Of course that takes parents that actually want to be involved.

Migrant Ed - no whites
Head Start - no whites
M.E.S.A. (Mathematics,Engineering,Science,Achievement)- no whites
