Republicans voting for cloture on Hagel must be voted out of office
conservative daily news ^

Posted on 02/23/2013 8:25:25 AM PST by Amerisraelhere

By the time of this writing (Feb. 22nd), several RINO Senators – Mike Johanns and Deb Fischer of Nebraska, Thad Cochran of Mississippi, John McCain-Feingold of Arizona, Lindsey Gramnesty of South Carolina, Richard Shelby of Alabama, Lisa Murkowski of Alaska, and Susan Collins of Maine, intend to vote for cloture (i.e. breaking the filibuster) on Chuck Hagel’s nomination for SECDEF, thus allowing it to proceed to the floor, where it is sure to pass as the Democrats have 55 votes.

If these RINO traitors vote for cloture and thus vote to allow the Democrats to confirm Hagel along party lines (which, BTW, would be a first for a SECDEF nominee), we must vote them out of office. All of them. No ifs, no buts.

We must primary all of them (including the pseudo-conservative Deb Fischer) and, if they somehow survive the primary, support their general election opponents.

No forgiveness, no ifs or buts, and no get-outta-jail-free-cards for McCain.

We absolutely agree. Any United States Senator who votes this man for Secretary of Defense (!) .... (without evidence disproving all the horrible things (including quotations) published about him) ..... is incredibly irresponsible/reckless with American security... and must be voted out of office.

We need to stop this crazyness. This is the sour thinking that is damning our party to failure. I hate this term RINO as if we need to out conservitive each other.

In the current administration every appointment must be a first as in the first ugly woman, the first black homosexual, the first weasel that went gay because of peer pressure, the first non-american president.... Well with Hagel being the first enlisted man for SecDef, thats a better first that any of the other choices. I sure like Hagel over Paneta.
If we want a consertive future for our country, and I mean back to basics conservitision.....All you new south republicans, where were you 30 years ago? Most werent with us then, you new south republicans had dixie-crates to vote for. We republicans could win states that mattered like California....And folks dare to call anyone with an (R) behind there name a RINO.....
What we need to win the white house back is simple. We learn to hear what the DU nation whispers and everyone hears but us. Then we take those whisper worrys and cut them off at the bud......
Abortion and birth control, tell me why this is an issue to republicans? I understand the catholics and they have never been a hot bed of republican support.
We need Grover Norquest to tear up the no tax pledge and force everyone to sign the “Abortion and birthcontrol is the law of the land since 1973”.....This isnt a republican issue, we arent the party of godly people....Were the party of business and industry that supports the freedom of capital and it movement to make our human condition better... It is an Idea as old as the purtians in the north east, they wanted freedom of religion and freedom to do business to en-rich themselves and sailed around the world in yankee clippers doing this.
IMHO.

Excuse me, but where have you been for the last twenty years?

Most of the bozos mentioned have done enough things to deserve being voted out of the COUNTRY, much less the Senate.

Your going on about wanting to vote people out of office for what amounts to a parking ticket after they’ve already committed grand larceny!!

Those numbskulls, as well as several more, needed to go a LONG time ago.

You just joined FR to spout that RINO babble? Hagel is liberal scum, which is why Obama picked him for the job. Your inane venting would be more appreciated over at a liberal website.

I sent faxes to all my elected federal officials, giving them access to an affidavit I signed, with evidence that the DIRECTORS of the Hawaii Department of Health have engaged in criminal activity to cover up what the Hawaii state registrar has now indirectly confirmed in a certified (sworn) legal document: that no birth facts for Obama can be verified as true because the record they have which makes those claims is legally non-valid - and that the image posted to the White House image is a forgery to hide that fact.

What this means is that there are no legally-determined birth facts for Obama. There is nobody in this country who can LAWFULLY say that Obama was born in Hawaii or that he is old enough to be President. There is no way he can “qualify” without legal birth facts showing he is old enough and a “natural born citizen”. To this date the man has not qualified, and the only way he ever CAN is if he presents his non-valid BC in court, together with enough other documentation or explanations for why he has a late and/or altered record, so that the court - using the Federal Rules of Evidence - determines he was born in Hawaii in 1961.

The 20th Amendment says that if the President elect fails to qualify by the start of his term, he cannot “act as President”. The vice-president elect has to “act as President”. That means that since January of 2008 the only person who could EVER make a Presidential nomination is Joe Biden. Until now we didn’t have the legal proof for Congress-critters to know that the nominations made by Barack Obama were unconstitutional. Now we do, and anybody in Congress who ignores that is giving material aid to an enemy of the US Constitution, which fits the Constitutional definition of treason.

IOW, anybody who votes for cloture on a nomination made by someone other than Joe Biden, after being informed of the HI state registrar’s certified disclosure, is committing treason according to the Constitutional definition. Not only do Obama’s nominees NOT “deserve” an up-or-down vote, the Constitution FORBIDS an up or down vote, and those who are aware of the disclosure by HI registrar Onaka and allow an up or down vote are publicly committing treason.

We need to tell EVERY Congress-critter this. I sent a fax with the information that Obama is not Constituitonally allowed to “act as President” to every Republican Congress-critter and all but my own either threw it in the circular file or forwarded it to my Congress-critters - who promptly chose to ignore everything in it.

I have called both Johanns and Fischer and told them that the 20th Amendment forbids an up-or-down vote on anybody not nominated by Joe Biden. I believe Fischer at least is being told by the leadership that because she is a freshman she has to provide the necessary vote for cloture, or she will never get any committee appointment. She needs to realize RIGHT NOW that the R leadership is telling her to commit treason, and that they themselves in telling her to do so are committing treason as well. She has spent the shortest amount of time in the sulfurous stench of DC and so she has the responsibility to remember the free air she breathed so recently and live according to it - and refuse to commit treason for the entrenched, putrid “leaders”.

I vote straight ticket Republican, I have never voted for a (D) that I know of and if I did it had to be for a judge on a ballot where there was no party afiliation.
For the 2012 election I had to drive 800 miles home so that I could vote for my team and 800 miles back to my jobsite. My team is the Republican party, it always has been the GOP. I am back here amonst our fellow brothers to discuss in a free and open forum the issues that affect our country. I am back here as a commited conservitive to stand up and help lead a lost party. I wager to say we lost our way when Lee Atwater died on us.

This talk of RINOs when we have a commited communist and 1000s of his commited communists appointed to positions in upper goverment is NONSENCE. Its this talk of RINOs that have made our fine values a joke to anyone under 45. Its the language that you speak twards me that drives decent conservitive people to idiots the likes of Ron Paul and the Liberitarian party.

Hagel is a fellow enlisted man and a man that brought himself up by his bootstraps in American Capatilism, for you to call Chuck Hagel “ liberal scum “ insstead of the man who appointed him makes no sence to me? What would BHOs next pick be Sandra Fluke? Tammy Ducksworth?

Lets get back on the path of winning again....Thats my babble, I want the white house back and a man I can respect in it. Gosh dang I wish R$ won!

My insane venting? at a liberal website? I cant help those people I am not one of them, infact I hate them....U my brother I do love and I want to help us all. Once we help ourselves we get back to helping the country before we lose it all.

Anyone that easily offended is probably already a follower of R Paul and the Libertarian party. To those I say "Man up!"

Hagel is a fellow enlisted man and a man that brought himself up by his bootstraps in American Capatilism, for you to call Chuck Hagel "liberal scum..."

There are hundreds of good reasons to keep Hagel out of the position he is nominated for.

And those Republicans that vote for him should be primaried.

McCain was primaried from the right in 2010, but he had millions of dollars he didn’t spend against Obama in his warchest, and ran negative commercials wall-to-wall. Hayworth was flawed, but he would have been like Cruz had he won.

Unfortunately, though I like J.D., the nail in his coffin was the endorsement of Sarah Palin for McCain!

Why? Do you think that rejecting Hagel would have any affect on a good person replacing him? Not a chance with this president. I couldn’t care less who they confirm because this is what we’re stuck with. Elections have consequences. The country voted this bastard back in office knowing exactly who, and what he is. We may not have a country left when he gets done.

Your absurd post is closer to reality than for anyone to believe that if Hagel is rejected he will be replaced with a real patriot. Ha! Like you said, Zero is more likely to replace Hagel with Fonda or Michael Moore. It’s this bad, folks, don’t expect anything any better—not going to happen.

Nope. It was the ads. People in AZ are not big on endorsements. We knew from the get-go Palin who Palin would endorse.

Tell me again why it was passed in the the first place.

SERIOUSLY.

Give it your best shot.
