No, silly. Not that way. That would be racist! Im talking about the Big White Closing! Big guy said the sequester would be devastating, butt I didnt think it would be this bad.
This is going to wreak havoc on my first quarter results.
The sequester has already had a devastating impact on our economy. And by our economy, I mean moi: my little boutique is closing too!
Technically - if youre in DC - you can still shop until Saturday 3/9/2013 (10-5:00 PM Today & Thursday, 10-8:00 PM Friday).
Directions to the MOTUS boutique if you happen to be visiting the Big White: in my bunker at the back of the little closet behind Lady Ms dressing room off the master bedroom. Hope to see you there!
Little Mo is working on a new tunnel through the Organic Garden of Good and Evil to provide alternate access, butt until thats done, Ill be stuck selling through my online outlet and my downtown outlet.
If it was going to happen, this is as good a time as any. Im holding my annual clearance and most of my inventory is already on its way to my downtown House of Irregulars outlet for quick sale.
Im subletting space at the Sam Sakowitz House of Irregulars for the big sale.
I had to scrap my entire 2014 Runway Collection after Romney lost we won our first, second, historic term, so Little Mo is busy working up new collection theme:
And all this time, I thought that the biggest threat to my boutique's future was Obamacare!
So, until the heartless R-words close some loopholes and force the 1%-ers to pull their weight, therell be no more school groups petting Little Bo and getting Lady Ms free baggies full of carrots and celery at the reception table.
So I sure HOPE Boehner bends over before Easter Spring Egg Holiday; otherwise I have no idea what were going to do with all these damn eggs and butterflies.
Butt dont worry, nobodys job around here is in jeopardy at this point. Ill keep Little Mo, Little Bo and the Wee Wons on the job. Like Big Guy said, Theres a time for profits. Its just not now. Boy, Howdy!!!
Well, gotta run. Little Mos already ... Read the Rest Here>>>
Que the "that's racist.gif"
"And there was much rejoicing."
Did they also shut down the Congressional beauty salon? Restaurant? Barbershop? etc etc....
With the White House closing its doors to public tour groups in order to save money for the sequester, it's worth remembering some of the other costs the White House incurs annually.
Like the "Chief Calligrapher," Patricia A. Blair, who has an annual salary of $96,725, and her two deputies, Debra S. Brown, who gets paid $85,953 per year, and Richard T. Muffler, who gets paid $94,372 every year.
In all, the White House appears to employ 3 calligraphers for a yearly total of $277,050.
Despite sequestration, there's been no announcement of the White House scaling back on calligraphers.

White House Payroll Up 14% Under Obama
White House salaries have jumped by nearly $5 million in the three years since Barack Obama became president, official figures show.
The 468 people who work at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue earn $37.8 million, the White House's annual report to Congress shows. That compares to $33.1 million in George W. Bush's last year in the Oval Office, an increase of 14.1 percent.
The report was released at 4.39 p.m. Friday, a notorious time for dumping bad news just before a weekend. By statute it had a July 1 deadline.
The White House payroll is up nearly 2 percent on last year from $37.1 million and the number of employers is also up by a similar percentage, up from 454.
The Obama White House has 139 employees who make more than $100,000 a year. The top scale, $172,200, goes to his senior advisors, including Chief of Staff Jack Lew, Press Secretary Jay Carney, Senior Advisor David Plouffe, Senior Advisor Valerie Jarrett, National Security Advisor, Thomas Donilon and Communications Director Dan Pfeiffer.
The highest-paid employee on First Lady Michelle Obamas 12-member staff, Chief of Staff Christina Tchen is also paid $172,200.
Overall, the White House has 68 special assistants to the president, 22 assistants to the president and 24 deputy assistants on staff this year. Their areas of expertise range from economic policy to presidential correspondence to legislative affairs.
But a closer look reveals some notables, including a $96,725 annual salary for a chief calligrapher versus $85,953 for a plain old calligrapher $136,134 for an ethics advisor, $103,800 for a supervisor of classification, $80,000 for an assistant to the executive clerk and $58,000 for a senior scheduler.
President Obama has two special assistants whose titles encompass traveling aide they each get $60,000 and Mrs. Obama has a personal assistant and personal aide who is paid $50,000.
Sitting at the helm of the presidents 16-member economics team are Eugene Sperling, director of the National Economic Council, and Michael Froman, deputy national security advisor for international economics. They each make $172,200.
The team also includes a special assistant for healthcare and economic policy, who is paid $130,500.
But the White House has only one person devoted to manufacturing a special assistant for manufacturing policy, who is paid $120,000. A total of 26 employees are working in various detailee positions, with pay of $51,600 to $165,300 a year. A detailee is a worker who is borrowed by the White House from another agency, which continues to pay salary and benefits while the employee is at the White House. Theyre usually brought in for short-term, high-profile assignments.
The White House has two vetters on staff making just $45,000 a year and a senior vetting counsel for presidential personnel, who makes $90,000 a year.
By statute, President Obamas salary is $400,000, and Vice President Joe Biden is paid $221,100.
White House officials did not return telephone calls seeking comment about the fatter 2012 payroll.
Gee.....I don't see any cuts there either..
Will Bo still have his staff and Air Force 4?
