My hunch is the American people will not stand for this and I will tell you why. The ‘Heavy Lock’ has been removed from the box without restraint or prejudice. The already illegal abusive powers projected by the Federal government have now been cauterized and sealed for use on the American citizenry. Attorney General Eric Holder with Obama’s blessing envisions a scenario where in their corrupt deliberate interpretation of the Constitution to carry out a drone strike against any American on American soil.
Here is where this is put to a stop:
IN CONGRESS, July 4, 1776. The unanimous Declaration of the Thirteen United States of America, “We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.--That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, --That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.”
Senator Rand Paul personally wrote a letter to Attorney General Eric Holder and supposedly received a quick response regarding this illegal subversion of the Constitution. Eric Holder stated in no uncertain terms it would be necessary and appropriate under the Constitution and applicable laws of the United States for the President to authorize the military to use lethal force within the territory of the United States. Mind you he purposefully left out law enforcement’s granted powers for the same authorization so as not to draw attention.
This is an out and out deliberate treasonous lie and twisting of the Constitution. You can see for yourself, the Declaration does not mention anything regarding what the Attorney General has said. Even the Supreme Court or for that matter the Legislature or Presidency are granted these unspeakable Powers or Legality for such a response. The media or anyone else is unwilling to challenge this evil being actively pursued by corrupt individuals in our government. Take note, the part about “Endowed by Our Creator” is the missing element in all of this.
The propaganda being posted daily by evil individuals in our government persists in every story coming out of Washington. When will the populace stand and say enough is enough and force these corrupt evil individuals out of our government. They continue their unabated destruction of our institutions and way of life with no counter response from Patriots.
I took an Oath when I became a Marine. I stated that I would support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic. My allegiance was not to any one individual, group, or administration. A government that makes war on its own people is in fact their enemy, and if it came to that, I hope our military leaders would stage a coup, remove the current bunch of criminals from power, and put them on trial for crimes against the American people. After this, we could start over with new leaders that have a healthy respect for the Constitution and realize the consequences for not doing so.
American’s should be mortified and terrified that there are despots such as Assad and Kim Jong Un in Washington willingly and illegally using our Constitution to kill Americans. My fellow countrymen and women, our country is in peril and you must understand the Constitution doesn’t ask us for change, but demands it. The old ways of voting and to peaceably assemble to petition our government for a redress of grievances has been trampled and thrown under foot. This is shown to us daily by those corrupt evil individuals in government who are put there to serve us. Your children are the one’s who will inherit whatever we leave them. When will you allow the gavel to fall and fall it must?
Same oath I swore when I became a Marine and when I was later commissioned.
The oath did not involve the Declaration, but as you say it is to support and defend the Constitution.
That said, a reissue of the declaration is what we are headed for, another 1776 moment. If the little dictator is going to suspend the Constitution for all of us then it no longer applies to him or his party members.
Once sworn, still sworn and I stand ready to get behind a new Declaration if it comes to that and to stand behind my oath to reestablish the Constitution in the absence of our current National Socialist Democrat Party.

My “hunch” is the so-called american people (AINOs, reall, for the most part) are so conditioned and dumbed down now that we are all-time champions of ability to take unlimited crap!
Still waiting for the cavalry trumpet to be heard that someone else is coming to rescue “us”!
