He had to be 16 or older to de nationalize, and it had to be done at us consulate overseas. He was 16 in 1977, and in 1977 he was in high school in Hawaii.

Did you even read the article?

Why aren’t you the least bit interested in the fraud here?

I could understand if someone rolled their eyes about “some technicality” (not my opinion) like in John McCain’s case but this goes way beyond a technicality.

If Obama was born in Hawaii and had a valid birth certificate, all indications are that SCOTUS doesn’t give a rip about his foreign father. BUT THE STORY DOESN”T END THERE.

Obama doesn’t have ANY papers documenting ANYTHING about him.

That’s the point. He’s producing fraudulent documents.

John McCain didn’t do that.
Romney didn’t do that.
Cruz wouldn’t do that
Rubio wouldn’t do that.
Jindal wouldn’t do that.

Can’t you understand that that is a MAJOR STEP UP from a “technicality?”
It’s “enenmy combatant” territory.
It’s treason territory.
It’s coup territory.
It’s criminal conspiracy territory.
It’s fraud and forgery territory.
It’s election fraud, mail fraud, money laundering territory.

The article points out that Stanley Ann was messing with the US Consulate in Jakarta. How did she get Obama in and out of places without a US Passport. He wasn’t on her passport so how did he travel. And most likely (if I understand correctly) was NEVER on her passport since she needed a US birth certificate to put him on it.

“A key witness in a federal probe into passport information stolen from the State Department was fatally shot in front of a District church, the Metropolitan Police Department said yesterday.”

http://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2008/apr/19/key-witness-in-passport-fraud-case-fatally-shot/

I guess the Washington Times was wrong to print this in 2008.

Even so, he had to give up his citizenry to attend an Indonesian school. The fact that he gave it up, even as a child, disqualifies him from running for President.

Really? At age 6, he went before a judge, raised his little hand, and renounced his United States citizenship for the purpose of getting into first grade? You have evidence of this?

After investigating the matter, here's what that liberal rag TheBlaze (founded by well-known Obama-loving liberal Glenn Beck) concluded:

However, it’s important to note that even if Obama was adopted and became an Indonesian citizen, he would not have lost his American citizenship under existing constitutional law (see the Supreme Court case Perkins v. Elg). Indonesia then and now does not allow dual citizenship, but under American law he would not have lost his American citizenship until he reached the age of majority and chose himself to give it up...

Even if he was adopted and was an Indonesian citizen at one time, though, it would not have affected his status as a U.S. citizen per the Supreme Court.

“I guess the Washington Times was wrong to print this in 2008.”

The “federal probe” had to do with Harris and his possible accomplice stealing information to make fake id’s. It had nothing to do with the passport breaches, which were done at Brennan’s firm.

“I believe Sacajawean only posted that in order to disrupt the thread and deviate away from the subject of the thread about the passports.”

Most leftist freaks say the exact same words Sacajawea did in order to defend their god Hussein.

There you go. We have to face the hideous truth that HALF of this country is so fanatical about this Muslim Marxist that-if definitively PROVEN he is a foreign national, and thus an illegitimate President-they would say “Yes thats true. SO WHAT. We don`t care!” Proof is only as good as the people who are willing to use it. What are we prepared to do??

Anything is possible, especially with Obama and his mother. All it would have took was his mother or Lolo Soetoro to know someone at a consulate and have them look the other way and had Barack’s citizenship renounced. And you can’t deny that there are guidelines in place for a minor to renounce their U.S. citizenship.

F. RENUNCIATION FOR MINOR CHILDREN

Before an oath of renunciation will be administered under Section 349(a)(5) of the INA, a person under the age of eighteen must convince a U.S. diplomatic or consular officer that he/she fully understands the nature and consequences of the oath of renunciation, is not subject to duress or undue influence, and is voluntarily seeking to renounce his/her U.S. citizenship.

Although this appears to be compelling..... My radar always senses something ain’t right when I hear “we don’t need Obama’s Birth Certificate”

Too many RINOs use that “code” when undermining Obama Eligibility folks

You need his Hawaii Birth Cert, or the real BC from anywhere he was really born, to determine Eligibility. Obama and his lawyers well know this for fact or they would not have fought it for so long, or released fraudulent ones

Arguing that “Obama is not natural born because he was not in his mama’s passport photo” is not enough for a court to concur he is ineligible

The info is interesting....but I am so leery of anyone who dismisses the Obama Birth Cert. Obtaining in any way.

The “Frank Marshall Davis is Obama’s father” PhonyCons proved that even PhonyCon Obama Supporters will use Alinsky like tactics to undermine Obama Eligibility folks....fortunately the FM Davis/Obama Father nonsense got debunked quickly thanks to Dinesh D Souza and George Obama

I hope I am wrong...but Eligibility folks have been burned too much with folks peeing inside the tent

Cruz and Rubio present a very interesting scenario as to arguments that could arise in the next POTUSA race/campaign. I do not believe either one meets the rigid/explicit Constitutional criteria as a ‘natural born citizen’. However, assuming either or both are in the forefront as GOP POTUSA nominee, I am sure the question of eligibility will arise from somewhere/some persons. Of course on the other hand both/all sides could agree that it would be best for all to keep the issue very quiet and let the world go by to the detriment of not being forthright and non definitive as to Constitutional eligibility.

Since 1952, a person who is granted renunciation is issued a “Certificate of Loss of Nationality of the United States” by the US State Department, which is a public document.

According to the rules here, I have to post the exact title of the article.

That she made him a citizen because she was a citizen is not true. The law at the time said she had be past the age of 18 for four years in order to convey citizenship on her own.

She was younger than the limit when she had him, so she couldn’t do it on her own.

As I read these FOIA documents, she had a passport in 1965 which may have had Obama on it. When she renewed in 1967 or ‘68, she took him off her passport. Did she get him his own US passport? Didn’t he make a trip to Hawaii in December, 1969? Did he travel on his own?

That’s only if the birth took place overseas. Not if it took place in the U.S. The governing law was the 1952 Immigration and Nationality Act, Section 301.
