Feds Further Investigating Role of Bomber's Wife Katherine Russell Tsarnaeva notified husband that the FBI had released his picture. APR 25, 2013 BY STEPHEN F. HAYES
Law enforcement officials are carefully reexamining any possible role that Katherine Russell Tsarnaeva, the wife of Tamerlan Tsarnaev, played in the Boston Marathon bombings on April 15, according to three federal officials with knowledge of the investigation. The intense scrutiny comes as a result of information provided by Dzokhar Tsarnaev in his on-again, off-again interrogation by FBI officials before he was read his rights by a federal magistrate.
According to those officials, Dzokhar Tsarnaev told interrogators that the information that set in motion the series of events leading to Tamerlans death and Dzokhars apprehension came in a phone call from Katherine Russell Tsarnaeva to her husband. She notified him and there certainly didnt seem to be any notion of surprise just a report that youre being watched, said one official with knowledge of the investigation. Tsarnaev had seen the photographs and videos distributed by the FBI on television and called her husband to give him a heads up.

Either the feds knew who he was once they saw the security video and got wiretaps on the Mrs. phone, or the feds ARE listening to every phone call that we all make.
Something to think about.
I read it that Djokar told the Feds she had called and informed tamerlin No wiretap necessary. Although they may have had one I guess.
How so? The story’s based on the younger brother telling interrogators about the phone call. I don’t see anything in the story saying that the Feds had independent knowledge of the phone call.
Katherine wrote Tsarnev : "They're 'looking' for you”....
Katherine's Parents were subsidizing the couple financially.
Tsarnaev's family had given Islamic names to Katherine's Parents. that they went by.
Parents no particular religion they practice...rather neutral. _
Katherine was neutral before she converted to Islam.
It’s predictable that a wife would call and say these things. But it gives investigators probable cause to take her in for questioning and get details about his associations, benefactors and mentors.
Echelon.
When the unclean spirit is gone out of a man, he walketh through dry places, seeking rest, and findeth none. Then he saith, I will return into my house from whence I came out; and when he is come, he findeth it empty, swept, and garnished. Then goeth he, and taketh with himself seven other spirits more wicked than himself, and they enter in and dwell there: and the last state of that man is worse than the first. Even so shall it be also unto this wicked generation. Matthew 12:43-45
From everything I’ve read, she sounds like a majorly dim bulb, and her family not much better.
I don’t know ... for example ... let’s say I saw my brother’s picture on the FBI’s ten most wanted list. I might call him and say, “Do you know your picture is on the FBI’s ten mosted wanted list?!” ... :-)
So lack of religion equates to not knowing the difference between right and wrong. And it voids common sense.
Would you also call the FBI?
The wife may be used to the FBI questioning him so she probably thought nothing of it. But geez, if she knew they bombed the marathon, why didn't she call the FBI? Unless she approved of her husband's actions? I wonder if he had her sedated, she seems like an air head.

If so, she would have been on the phone with the police immediately. I take it she and her parents didn't call. Lock them all up.
I think you’re right...some of the “legalize” people on the news mentioned that as well...also that they have retreaved e-mails etc.
Apparently she is co-operating with the investigation.
Did any one claim the body yet?
Katherine identified her husband but did not claim the body at that time. Perhaps the father will when he arrives.
Well if she was neutral, basically that’s a blank slate to fill with whatever she found suited her...in this case she was in love with a bad guy....so whatever would please him.
No, I wouldn’t. I would simply call my brother, and tell him that he better get it squared away with the FBI so that they won’t be coming after him ... :-)
Then if he disappeared and didn’t return my calls ... I would know that “something was up” at that point. And if nothing was done about it, I would call them and say that I told him to “come on down and square it away” ... but that I haven’t been able to get a hold of him since then. That’s about all I would do.
