There are few things that can cause my heart to hurt as much as abortion. We have sugar-coated the practice and called it healthcare, but it is nothing more than the murder of an innocent human being. You can use all sorts of platitudes to describe it and you can declare to all that a woman has the right to choose what to do with her body, but it doesn't change the facts. Abortion is murder. We have a President who wholeheartedly supports the right of women to kill their unborn babies and organizations like Planned Parenthood are making millions by providing what they call a service.
When Barack Obama was campaigning for his first term in 2008, he made the following statement. I am including the entire quote so you can see the full context of what he was talking about. As you can see, he was discussing sex education.
(The Brody File) When it comes specifically to HIV/AIDS, the most important prevention is education, which should include -- which should include abstinence education and teaching the children -- teaching children, you know, that sex is not something casual. But it should also include -- it should also include other, you know, information about contraception because, look, I've got two daughters. 9 years old and 6 years old. I am going to teach them first of all about values and morals. But if they make a mistake, I don't want them punished with a baby. I don't want them punished with an STD at the age of 16. You know, so it doesn't make sense to not give them information.
The liberal media blasted Sarah Palin and the rest of us for taking Obama to task for what he said. They accused us of taking his words out of context, but what he said is very plain. He didn't mention abortion specifically, but he made it clear that if his daughters made a mistake, he didn't want them to be punished with the fruits of their mistake, ie. a baby. The context leaves no doubt about what he meant. Time after time during his first four years in the White House, Obama has waged a campaign against those of us who are against abortion. He has accused us of waging a war on women and that we want to deny women the basic tenets of healthcare. As if the right to murder an unborn baby is a basic tenet of healthcare. We are now almost three months into his second term and he must have decided it was time to make his intentions even clearer.
To help cement his support of abortion, he made a visit to the biggest abortion provider in America, Planned Parenthood. His speech only lasted 12 minutes, but that was enough time for 7.6 abortions to be performed at the abortion provider that tries to cast itself as a provider of healthcare to women. Here is what he said at the end of his speech.
(CNS News) As long as we’ve got a fight to make, make sure women have access to quality, affordable health care and as long we’ve got to fight to protect a woman’s right to make her own choices about her own health care I want you to know that you’ve also got a president who’s going to be right there with you fighting every step of the way,” Obama said. “Thank you Planned Parenthood and God Bless you.For those of us who believe that abortion is wrong in so many ways and who despise Planned Parenthood for their willingness to profit off the killing of unborn children, this feels like a slap in the face. How dare he use God in trying to justify abortion? Calling it healthcare doesn't change that it is murder. Calling it the right of women to choose doesn't give it legitimacy. Babies are still dying. Planned Parenthood performed 333,964 abortions in fiscal 2011 and the totals aren't in for 2012. It's sickening to think about.
I have news for President Obama. I am quite sure the God I serve has no intention of blessing Planned Parenthood for murdering so many innocent children. I think He has something entirely different in mind for them when it is time for the judgement.
We all know who is Obama’s god ~ not one we want to get close to.
What? a politician using God as a prop? No surprise there.
It’s just further proof that he doesn’t believe in God.
Demonstrating conclusively that Obama has no understanding of the nature of God. He is, by this admission, godless.
As a Christian, I know I am supposed to be charitable and merciful...I should not look forward to seeing ANY evil person stand before Christ and answer for himself, because it is truly a terrible prospect.
But when it comes to this SOB, I am struggling.

If you judge Obama by his deeds, it seems he does serve an evil lord. No decent person could support the things that Obama does. He is evil encased in a well polished package.
He bows down to Moloch.

You aren’t the only one that struggles with that. I have tried to be fair to him during his first term, but I am well beyond that point. I wouldn’t mind seeing him get what is coming to him.

When asking God to bless an obamination, expect to get results. Adding fuel to the fire, I fathom. Sure gets my blood pressure up.
God should strike Obama dead for his part in this horror.

Asking for God’s blessing on Planned Parenthood is like asking for His blessing on the work of the Auschwitz death camp. I’m surprised that Obama didn’t also ask for a blessing on the patron saint of Planned parenthood, Dr. Gosnell.
