Even as the “Frocky Horror Picture Show Contest” goes to the people for a vote, we have new entries to consider: here’s Lady M at a veterans employment event in the East Room Tuesday.
The event which Lady M held with Dr. Jill, Joey and Big Guy, was to encourage the private sector to hire returning veterans. Something that wouldn’t be necessary if the economy wasn’t in the tank the way it is, due to economic policies beyond our control.
In all fairness, we’ve seen this old frock before, with bat wings:
Seen first back in 2008 at the first debate. Note the wrinkles; that’s because this was before we WON and before I was “pressed” into duty and MO had access to military spec containment systems.

In 2009, and now. As you can see, we’ve lost that “angry black woman” look. Or at least camouflaged it.
That’s good, as this little Thakoon number originally ran the campaign somewhere in the neighborhood of $1500 smackers - without the sparkly black bow - so cost-averaging it over 3 wearings drops it into the more reasonable $500/appearance range. Butt wow! That’s as much as some of the items in Sarah Palin’s campaign wardrobe that the MSM had a conniption fit over - and she was a CANDIDATE!

It’s the mani: in blue! To match the blue flowers in the frock. It was also recycled - from the WHCD on Saturday.
It’s amazing how long a good manicure lasts when you don’t have to do anything other than feed yourself. Note to self: remind Lady M that rule doesn’t apply to lipstick.
