An Associated Press story appearing Wednesday morning claimed that Barack Obama’s presidency “has been marred by racist backlash.” Naturally, the cowards at AP didn’t specifically identify the source or nature of the alleged “backlash,” because to do so would expose the claim as a lie.
Earlier this week, Jesse Jackson did the lying for them. Jackson told Politico that he “absolutely” believes that the Republican Party’s opposition to Obama’s policies is motivated by race, and that “the tea party is the resurrection of the Confederacy.”
The economic scoreboard says otherwise.
The frightening data recently published by Sentier Research, a group of former Census Bureau employees who have been tracking monthly household income since the turn of the century, make it obvious that it is economically devastated African-Americans who should be absolutely furious with Barack Obama and the Democratic Party in Washington. …

How could anyone look at what Obama has done to this country and blame it on white racism. It is black racism that guides Obama, and Jesse Jackson.

Globalization is even worst. After WW2 the US had most of the factories and skilled workers. The US was the center of innovation, manufacturing, prosperity and etc. There was more high paying jobs for many Americans. You did not have to go to college to earn a good wage to support a family of 4 to 6 kids and wife stayed home. Fast foward, greedy corporations decided they can teach the Asians, South Americans and India to do the same job as blue collar and now hi tech Americans who do by sharing US trade secrets and techniques that foreign nations lacked. Result is less high paying jobs for the many and massive profits for the few on top. Aggravate the situation with more immigrants, amnesty for illegal immigrants plus the high cost of more gov mandates and regs. Finally this globalist approach is making life tough for whites, I can imagine what it is like for blacks. As one of my globe trotting friends remarked, in China it may be a authoritarian gov, but their gov understands that they can maintain control as long as the average Chinese has a job. In the US the gov caters to their corporate donors, corporate America does what they want and dump the mess on taxpayers (food stamps, unemployment, etc). Why such callousness, the US never in their history had a workers/farmers revolt where gov and corporate types ended up in prison or in front of a firing squad like the rest of the world nations faced in their past. Without that experience, US rich and gov officials continue their foolishness and creative destruction until one day they overdo it and will face the wrath of the people.

Maybe it makes no sense to a Stormfronter like yourself. But AFAICS, it makes sense to a number of Freepers who have not behaved in your vein towards it. And it still makes sense to me. So do the whole board a favor and take your racism somewhere else.
