The prevalence of HIV among teens and early 20-somethings is exceedingly disturbing. These are young men with their entire lives ahead of them, who now face a future of disease, weakness and early death. It is an American tragedy.

No. It isn't a tragedy.

Well, it’s a tragedy in the sense that we allowed it to happen to our society. Otherwise, it’s a natural result of unnatural, unhealthy, immoral behavior.

I'm sure (hope and pray!) that some states will resist this foolish overreach.
Keep it in court for the next 50 years!

And even then, ignore it...

We’re being ruled by homosexual deviants. Obama has loaded his administration with them.

This is Satire? The Labor Department cannot create a “RULE” of this magnitude without Congressional approval.

Just because a sodomite couple has the blessing of a psychotic government does not mean that the sodomite couple has the blessing of God.

And that is the only blessing that matters.

stock market crashes 401K - worthless
marriage penalty - IRS
combined income - higher tax bracket
no spousal insurance coverage - obamacare
housing market continues to crash - underwater
inheritance taxes going up
Just to name a few of the so called “marriage” benefits.

Now tell me again why these homosexuals want to be married, the things they cried about not being fair...

I am getting a perverse sorta pleasure seeing all they wanted and demanded, which they thought they could get if they were only “married” being devolved by the very man they supported.

I agree. One wonders how close we are to His [more serious] intervention.

The devil is all about death, not life, so I don't believe these young men are even thinking about their entire lives.

Who's going to stop them? I wish someone in power had the nerve to do it.

I’d love to see states refuse to obey the inevitable Supreme Court decision imposing recognition of gay marriage on the entire nation, but I see no reason whatsoever to think any will. I have nothing on which to base any hope at all for that.

The bogus idea of judicial supremacy is too well entrenched now. I can’t see even states with conservative Republican governors and conservative GOP-led state legislatures willing to risk being vilified for eternity by taking such a courageous and correct stand.

No surprise.

As soon as the 1st state passed it, the FED was not going to restrict it in other states.

Same with the marijuana laws. It has been legalized in a couple of states. Look for the FED to cause it to become legal in the other states sooner, rather than later. After all, they do need a new source of tax revenue, since they have driven many to become former cigarette users.

A lot of it goes back to SC CJ Roberts’ opinion on Obamacare: You voted for them, live with their decisions.

The Roberts decision will have repercussions well into the foreseeable future.
