What STATE law allows you to stop me? What are the probable cause reasons you stopped me for?

“I will not willingly comply, I will not give you permission, and I will sue in State and Federal court to assert my rights and due damages.”

A breathalyzer is all that is needed to detect over/under legal alcohol and/or screening for further tests; saliva and blood samples are for DNA database gathering, period.

I have a leather products “Maker’s Stamp” that looks much like this. Nice company out west makes them - but pricey...

Thanks for the full text.

I think all Americans should be trained to deal legally with these misuses of authority by government employees by not unknowingly abdicating their Constitutional rights.

Additionally, they should also back up their awareness by always being an informed juror and litigant.

Voluntary travel validation
Guided end-of-life experience
Commonsense restriction
Economic overparticipation
Oppositional civic disorder

"Citizen! At the voluntary travel validation you proved signs of oppositional civic disorder against commonsense restrictions. Further investigation indicates that you are guilty of economic overparticipation. Your guided end-of-life experience is being reviewed by a duly constituted summary panel."

Or something equally stupid, tawdry and murderous.

Collectivism is simply theft and murder under color of law. Both. Those who think they can oppose the former legislatively, are missing the point that the end game and the intent is the latter.

Collectivism is an orgiastic spiral of blood and pits. Don't ever lose sight of it.

I think they are taking these blood samples and DNA swabs to do tests on with some new virus.

They want to find out if it will be effective on everyone’s blood, and need to also produce an antidote for the ruling elite.

Just kidding. They really are concerned with our health and well-being, and only want to take these samples to find out how many people are under the influence because getting that ‘number’ will immediately solve the problem. And we all know that politicians don’t lie, and that they have always solved all the other problems they promised to solve.

: )

I did not know they were giving cash to people willing to submit to these tests. Changes the nature of the whole exercise.

If the activity is clearly defined as voluntary it seems to me to become a commercial activity. The participant is selling something to the government. I would personally be very careful though. The Feds have proven themselves to be so trustworthy.

Ran into a roadblock a mile from my house, at night, they had 2 cars pulled over to the side of the road, the cop asked for my ID, and told I don’t think I have to give it and that this was the first roadblock I had seen in 30 years. He said it is legal and only a safety check. I said, yeah, sure, it’s a DUI check and you know it. I said I’ll show you my drivers lic. just because I aint got time for a bunch of bs. These were county cops and they know who I am and asked who sent you out to do this? He said the feds. Wished me a good night. The feds paid 3.2 million to build our new courthouse and more for new cop cars and trucks. They call the shots in our little town now.

“ushered into a nearby parking lot”

That is illegal sequestration and the offending officers need to go to prison.
