June 6th, 2015: Obama resigns as president ( A holiday fantasy for children of all ages!!!)
one man's opinion...

A little over six months after the Democrat party suffered major losses at the polls, Barack Obama today resigned as President of the United States to accept the position as Secretary-General of the United Nations....This action caught most completely by surprise, though there had been clues for some time that something extraordinary was about to happen....

TOPICS: Humor
KEYWORDS:
In the November elections, Democrats sustained a catastrophic defeat, as voter revulsion over Obamacare let to a rout of Democrats at the polls. The GOP gained 18 seats in the House, and an astonishing 12 seats in the Senate. It was a "wave election" of epic proportions.

Shortly after the election, the Democrat conference in the Senate met, and Chuck Schumer was elected minority leader. Former majority leader Harry Reid then resigned his Senate seat, saying that he needed to return home to Searchlight to care for his wife, who sadly, is quite ill.

Mitch McConnell, who had long hoped to finally become majority leader, lost his primary race to a Tea party supported candidate. McConnell said that if Reid's wife's health improves, the two former Senate leaders hope to open a bipartisan lobbying firm on K-Street in the very near future.

John Boehner, who survived a surprisingly difficult primary race, lost his bid to retain his Speakership. When presented with a letter signed by 60% of House Republicans stating that they would NOT vote for him for Speaker, Boehner then resigned his House seat. He said that he planned to draw on his years of experience running the family bar back home, and he hoped to obtain a Margaritaville franchise anywhere in a warm climate, where he could work on his tan and golf game.

Conservatives quickly moved to take control of the Congress. In the Senate, the GOP conference elected Utah's Mike Lee as Majority Leader.

However, the real shocker came in the House. The same GOP members who ousted Boehner also told Eric Cantor they would not support him for Speaker, nor again for majority leader. Cantor then resigned his House seat to accept the position of head of AIPAC...(American Israel Public Affairs Committee)

But the real surprise came in the choice of the next Speaker. Conservative House leaders persuaded former South Carolina senator Jim DeMint to leave his position as head of the Heritage Foundation to become Speaker.

House Democrats were apoplectic until one of them Googled "Constitution of the United States" and discovered that the Speaker need not be an elected member of the House.

But what lead up to Obama's astonishing resignation? In hindsight, it was a multiplicity of factors and events.

1. Obama has long preferred campaigning to governing, but after the 2014 election debacle, it was obvious that not even members of the Black Caucus wanted him within miles of their districts. At the 2015 State of the Union, for the first time in recorded history, both Maxine Waters and Sheila Jackson Lee did not rush to the center aisle to greet the president and take "selfies" as he came down the aisle. And just before she was forceably removed while on the air, MSNBC commentator Melissa Harris-Perry denounced their behavior as "racist."

2. Tiger Woods was unavailable to play golf with Obama on several occasions. Woods reportedly told girlfriend Lindsey Vonn that he was finally managing to restore his commercial marketability, and feared that association with Obama would hurt his brand and "Q score."

The next day, Harry Reid calls a press conference saying:
“At one time, Democrats controlled the Senate. Based on that I am proposing a joint Dem/Rep taskforce to promote legislation moving us further into the 21 century.”

3. Immediately after the new Congress took office, the House and Senate introduced bills to repeal Obamacare. Though they passed with overwhelming majorities, the GOP lacked voted to override Obama's veto. They pledged to reintroduce the repeal bill every week, forcing Obama to veto it every week. As the problems with Obamacare mounted, the bill was becoming even more unpopular. Democrats feared the party was heading for a wipe-out in 2016.

Bill Clinton was then seen entering the WH late at night several times. At the same time, rumors began to circulate in NY and Geneva that Secretary General Ban-ki Moon was falling ill from the stresses and pressures of the job.

Apparently, a deal was concocted, though no one will admit to the details. Moon resigned , for health reasons, last month. Obama then today resigned as President, and is expected to be voted in as the new Secretary General by acclimation at the UN next week.

The closest thing that anyone can recall to this overt manipulation is the University of Texas hiring Nick Saban away from Alabama, right after they forced out Mack Brown.

As part of the deal, and for getting to play POTUS for a while and fly around on Air Force One, Joe Biden pledged not to run in 2016.

"But I heard him exclaim, ere he drove out of sight,
Merry Christmas to all, and to all a good night!"

On the very day after the last election that had pubs holding the House, Senate and WH, the FIRST statements from the communists were all about “working together in the spirit of bipartisanship.”

No, I didn’t believe that crap then either...

I heard lots of similar talk on talk radio and some here in 2010.

: “He might not even run again he’s so unpopular”

Wishful thinking.

But things are not lookin great for Obama.

I was thinking along the lines of a cigarette and a blindfold...

No, wait. That’s for honorable men. Send him to the gallows.

@11: "Send him to the gallows."

Yes, following his indictment, trial, conviction, and sentencing to be hanged. And leave the traitor's bloated body where it falls, for maggots to feed on and schoolboys to piss on.

The same goes for his fascist gang of thugs.

4. Then, shortly after Obama's appointment to the U.N. top post, the United States withdrew from the United Nations, declared all U.N. ambassadors and staff persona non grata, and sent the U.N. packing to Brussels.

The funds budgeted for U.N. dues, assessments and infrastructure upkeep were redirected to providing healthcare to the truly needy.
