A Tea Party Commercial for 2014 ~ Vanity
GraceG

Posted on 01/04/2014 9:43:33 PM PST by GraceG

Here si my idea for a Commercial for the Tea party that might wake up some people and who know could help create a Populist Tea party movement.

[Commercial Starts]

Narrator: "For years the Democrat Party has said that they problem in Washington is Big Business"

[Show pictures of Fat Cats on Wall Street and smoke stacks and Big Lobbyists]

Narrator: "And for just as many years the Republican party has sadi that the problem in washington is Big Bloated Government"

[Show pictures of the IRS agents and Bureaucratic paper work, money being flushed down the toilet and red tape and images of clueless government workers and maybe a 1,000,000 dollar toilet seat]

Narrator: "Both the Republicans and Democrats are WRONG! The problem with Washington is Collusion of Big Business and Big Government!"

[Show images of Big business lobbyists (GE, ADM, etc) shaking hands with crooked politicians that have both democrat and republican symbols on their suits]

Narrator: "Big Business plots and schemes push pass regulations that only they can easily comply with while the small and medium businesses feel the squeeze the most. Keeping their competition down they use the Big Government apparatus to destroy their competition until they either go broke or can buy them out."

[Go to a clip of Rockefeller saying: Competition is a Sin ]

Narrator: "And Big Government does what it can to keep these Big Business types in power no mater what party they are with because they can always rely on filling their campaign coffers by helping Big Businesses to squash their competition.."

[Show a graphic of campaign contributions by GE, etc..]

Narrator: "The Tea Party has a better idea, why not limit the amount of power that government has so it cannot be co-opted by Big Business AND the people in government itself who get themselves positions of graft and power by being the middle men. Remember the issue isn't Big Government vs. Big Business, the issue is Stopping the monopoly of power BOTH of them have and ending the stranglehold that they have over the individual and small/medium businesses."

Narrator: "You want a REAL change, Vote for the Tea Party!"

(fill in the Tea Party Candidate's name here)

TOPICS: Business/Economy; Chit/Chat; Government
KEYWORDS: democans; republicrats; teaparty; uniparty
What do you think?

Good and I would add one more zinger before announcing that the Tea Party has a different idea:

Now there are politicians that want to FORCE Big Business and Big Government to take over your health care. Of course, they want it for you but not for them.

[show Obama sitting down signing something with his pol pals laughing and having a good time - over lay the pick with “OBAMACARE’]

I thinkt he Tea Party’s next move and evolution should be showing HOW Big Government becomes Buddy Buddy with Big Business and how their collusion is what is causing damn near all the problems the USA is seeing these days...

Eisenhower was RIGHT, it was the Scientific/Military/Academic/Government Industrial Complex that we need to fear.....

The problem is once the “Bigs” get involved with each other they then support each other’s power because that is how they both maintain a monopoly of power on each of their respective areas.

No wonder small and medium businesses have suffered so much, why do you think the tech field is one of the few areas where a small/medium tech business can make it big these days? Because it hasn’t been regulated to death just yet, but that soon will come to an end...

I like everything except the end. It’s beautiful and simple and I’d donate to fund it.

But I’d end it without any names or candidates; I’d end it with something like

“Getting back to the limits in the Constitution will shut them BOTH up. And give the power back to you and me. The founders said it would be hard to keep our Republic and they were right.

“So ask your candidates if they agree that we are Taxed Enough Already [ big T image when taxed is said, then E and then A accordingly]. Ask them if they support returning to limiting government powers to those enumerated in the Constitution. Don’t be a Low Info Voter. Vote carefully.”

There is a reason the media opposes the Tea Party - they need to be mentioned, I think.

Yes, something along the lines of “question your media sources - do they only lavish praise on one side of the aisle? That’s fine if they are biased: just know their biases. Stay informed.”

Seriously, like Rush says, conservatives are trying to get out the truth and liberals are trying to hide it. The ad must mention: embrace diversity of OPINION, not just skin color. Listen to both sides and choose for yourself.

Head to head, we win in the debate of ideas.

All they have is Alinsky insults, calling those on the right racists. Their policies do not, work, and often hurt the poor groups they intend to help. Their enormous governments enslave the population. Their socialism has never worked any time it has ever been tried anywhere in the world.

That is what the NSA scandal is about. Information is all over the place and the only solution to security is consolidation of information behind one big protected structure. That means the googles and amazons of the world will be our data warehouse and all the smaller companies will be eaten or killed off.

It's the Uniparty Grace.

They are both the Party of Government.

Any Reformers are met with Sarcasm and their sheepish defenders out in their parties.

I hope that all the talk show hosts hammer the hell out of the NYT for their Hillary promotion artticle saying there was no Al Qeada involvement in Benghazi now that it’s come out that the number one suspect in organizing the murders is an Al Qeada leader.

If you haven’t seen, Thomas Sowell, our National Intellectual Treasure for real, has come out against the nyt propaganda piece. I think it’s at NRO.

Bumping this thread. This is one of those things that points to actual action. Even if you, sitting at your desk in Small Town USA with three cats on your lap, can’t do much, there are people on FR who can.

Put ideas for a concise TEA party TV as onto this thread, people. It’s real hope. We may end up being “Ad prep.”
