Kathleen G. King, Pennsylvania’s recently elected Attorney General, has decided to not file charges against 5 individuals accused of taking bribes in a sting operation begun in 2011. Tyron B. Ali, a lobyist, confidential informant and criminal himself argeed in a plea deal to wear a wire as he offered money to members of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives.

By the time the sting ended, 4 Philadelphia politicians and former Traffic Court Judge Thomasine Tynes had taken up to $7,000 each for the sale of their political services, for example, by “voting against a bill that would require voters to show identification at the polls.” Some 400 hours of audio and video tape had been obtained by the time Kane began shutting down the operation.

At a special news conference held on March 17th, Kane admitted that “…she believed leading Philadelphia Democrats ensnared in an undercover sting operation committed crimes.” So why did she shut down the sting...

It’s OK...
Nothing is illegal now if Done-While-Democrat, because they support gay marriage.

Just ask anyone in the US Mainstream media about this!

Holder has alerted State Attorneys General that they don’t have to enforce laws with which they don’t agree. I guess the Pennsylvania AG doesn’t care about politicians accepting bribes, so she won’t enforce the law. Very bad precedent to set.

She has now set the precedent for having every bribery/graft charge thrown out before even reaching trial.

I wonder why the federal prosecutor isn’t getting involved, like he did in Virginia with our republican governor. Oh wait, that is it — the word “republican”.

I’m confused. The title say’s 4 Democrats guilty of accepting bribes won’t be prosecuted???

How are they guilty if they have not been prosecuted? Or does innocent until proven guilty not apply to Democrats?

Technically, what this means is that the state has no rule of law. It is officially in a state of anarchy.

The Rule of Law does not apply to Democrat political elites.
It just doesn't.

Really? Was George Zimmerman just semantics too?

You are being Foolish to wish this on others. So you look in the mirror and wise up yourself.

I bet you thought George Zimmerman was innocent before the trial.

Poorly written laws and poorly followed laws become tools of the oppressor.
