They have amassed huge college loan debts to pay for degrees made useless by his policies but young voters love the lies Barack Obama tells so they will continue to support him. They can’t move out of their parent’s basements or marry and eventually start a traditional family because Obama has crippled their efforts to live independent lives but they still love Obama’s lies.
Telling themselves his policies will work is the only thing short of illegal drugs that eases their pain. The thought of ever affording a home of their own doesn’t even enter their dreams because of Obama’s polices but he’s their man. Here’s what we miss and it is dangerous that we miss it. It isn’t about ODimwit. Do they love him? Probably. But it really doesn’t matter. What DO they love? Liberal policies. And therein lies the problem. If it were just the cult of ODimwit I wouldn’t really care. But this is a movement, a religion and that is huge.
It’s not just young people. At least 40% of the people in this country will support him no matter what. It has nothing to do with anything but their worship for him. And they can’t even tell you WHY they worship him.
They love Obama. Now if there had been a follow-up question asking “Who is Barack Obama?” the data would be more meaningful.
While we all grew up revering the Constitution and trusting it as a safeguard of our freedoms, the new generation has no knowledge of the concept of limited government much less the federalist system of sovereign states. To them the Constitution is at best a technicality.
If the warping influence of Obama is to be contained, much less reversed, it is very late in the day indeed.

The author offers no evidence of his premise that young Obama votes haven’t become mad at, or disappointed or disillusioned with Obama.
He treats like an assumed.

Of course, because they are terrified of anyone thinking that they are RACIST.
Anything other than blind loyalty is uncool, un-hipster, and racist.
Obama and his handlers are genius at playing on people’s absolute terror of anything that can be labled as racist. They can say anything or do anything since they have established that all dissent equates to racism. And people, especially self-proclaimed upwordly mobile thinkers, will do anything to avoid being labled ‘racist’.
Unfortunately they believe the Republicans are telling the truth - they stand for more war, tax cuts for the 1% and exporting jobs.
I bet they will still love him when they are starving to death in a ditch, because yeah, they are that stupid.
His followers aren’t concerned with being called racists. They KNOW they’re not. But they will call everyone a racist who doesn’t worship obama.
